dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างวาระข่าวสารทางการเมืองในกลุ่มบล็อกการเมืองในโอเคเนชั่นบล็อกกับวาระข่าวสารทางการเมืองในหนังสือพิมพ์กระแสหลัก รวมทั้ง ศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่สามารถอธิบายความเชื่อมโยงของวาระข่าวสารทางการเมืองในโอเคเนชั่นบล็อกกับวาระข่าวสารทางการเมืองในหนังสือพิมพ์กระแสหลัก โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและปริมาณด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาบล็อกและหนังสือพิมพ์พร้อมกับการสัมภาษณ์บล็อกเกอร์และผู้สื่อข่าวหนังสือพิมพ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า วาระข่าวสารทางการเมืองในกลุ่มบล็อกการเมืองในโอเคเนชั่นมีความเชื่อมโยงกับวาระข่าวสารทางการเมืองของหนังสือพิมพ์กระแสหลักอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ซึ่งปัจจัยที่สามารถอธิบายถึงความเชื่อมโยงของวาระข่าวสารทางการเมืองของทั้งสองส่วนมีหลายประการ ได้แก่ เกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือกประเด็นของบล็อกเกอร์ การเลือกใช้แหล่งข่าวสารของบล็อกเกอร์ ภูมิหลังการเป็นนักวิชาชีพด้านข่าวสารของบล็อกเกอร์ นโยบายขององค์กรสื่อมวลชน โครงสร้างขององค์กรที่เป็นเจ้าของบล็อก และลักษณะความเป็นชุมชนออนไลน์ อีกทั้งพบว่า เนื้อหาทางเมืองส่วนใหญ่ในเว็บไซต์โอเคเนชั่นเป็นประเด็นที่สะท้อนสิ่งที่สื่อกระแสหลักนำเสนอมากกว่าประเด็นสาธารณะและเป็นประเด็นที่มาจากความสนใจส่วนบุคคลของบล็อกเกอร์ อีกทั้งมีการใช้แหล่งสารในการผลิตเนื้อหาที่มาจากสื่อกระแสหลักและมีความเป็นอัตวิสัยจากการสอดแทรกความคิดเห็นของบล็อกเกอร์และการเล่าเรื่องด้วยมุมมองเพียงด้านเดียว ผลการศึกษา แสดงให้เห็นว่าบทบาทการกำหนดวาระข่าวสารทางการเมืองจากบล็อกโอเคเนชั่นไปสู่สื่อหนังสือพิมพ์เป็นบทบาทที่ไม่ชัดเจน อย่างไรก็ตาม เว็บไซต์โอเคเนชั่นมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อผู้สื่อข่าวและสื่อในเครือบริษัท เนชั่น มัลติมีเดีย กรุ๊ป ด้วยการเป็นแหล่งข้อมูลและช่วยเสริมศักยภาพในการผลิตข่าว อย่างไรก็ตาม แม้ว่าบล็อกจะเป็นสื่อทางเลือกที่เปิดโอกาสให้ภาคประชาสังคมและพลเมืองสามารถสร้างวาระที่มาจากภาคประชาชนเพื่อเผยแพร่สู่วงกว้างได้โดยไม่ต้องพึ่งพาสื่อกระแสหลักอย่างในอดีต แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม วาระข่าวสารทางการเมืองที่ปรากฏในเว็บไซต์โอเคเนชั่นส่วนมากเป็นประเด็นทางการเมืองระดับชาติ โดยมักเป็นวาระที่กำหนดมาจากหลายกลุ่มบุคคลร่วมกันกับสื่อมวลชน ซึ่งผู้กำหนดที่มาจากภาคประชาชนมีเพียงเล็กน้อยเท่านั้น สิ่งนี้อาจสืบเนื่องจากบล็อกเกอร์มีแนวโน้มนิยามการเมืองในลักษณะระบบการเมืองระดับชาติมากกว่ามองว่าเป็นการเมืองเชิงอำนาจที่ภาคประชาสังคมอาจจะเรียกร้องสิทธิของตนในฐานะพลเมืองคนหนึ่งในสังคม	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	This research has the following objectives: to study whether there is a linkage between news agenda in political blogs and in mainstream newspapers; and to study factors that can explain the linkage in news agenda in both types of media. The study is both qualitative and quantitative in nature, using content analysis of blogs and newspapers as well as key informant interviews with bloggers and news reporters. The study finds that there is a statistically significant relationship between news agenda that appeared in OKNation political blogs and those that appeared in mainstream newspapers. A number of factors can explain the linkage as follows: selection criteria for news issues; selection of news sources; journalistic background of bloggers, policy of media organization; structure of media organizations that own the blog; and the nature of online community. Research findings also show that most of the political content in OKNation Blog consists of issues that reflect mainstream media interest rather than public issues, as well as individual interest of the bloggers. Sources used mainly come from mainstream media. In addition, subjectivity from opinionated content and one-sided narration were found to be rampant. Based on the findings, the role of agenda-setter from political blogs to mainstream newspapers is not clear and well-supported. However, OKNation blog plays an important role in equipping news workers and news media under the Nation Multimedia umbrella with needed raw materials and in strengthening their news calibre. In summary, blogs may be an alternative media that is open to civil society and individual citizens in presenting their agenda to the public, without relying on mainstream media as was the case in the past. However, the agenda found in the blogs are mostly national political agenda, resulting from the setting by multi-parties in combination with the media. Civil society only plays a minor role in this agenda-setting schema. This is possibly because bloggers tend to define politics as national political system rather than power struggles in which members civil society may maneuver for their rights as individual citizens.	en
