dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากลุ่มอาการ การจัดการกับอาการ และผลลัพธ์ของการจัดการกับกลุ่มอาการของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยจากแพทย์ว่ามีภาวะกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน ที่เข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาล ที่แผนกอายุรกรรม โรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ โรงพยาบาลตรัง โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครศรีธรรมราช โรงพยาบาลสุราษฎร์ธานี เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบสอบถามกลุ่มอาการของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน และ 3) แบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับการจัดการและผลลัพธ์ของการจัดการกับกลุ่มอาการของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน หาความเชื่อมั่นด้วยวิธีการทดสอบซ้ำ (Test-retest reliability) ได้ค่าความสอดคล้องของค่าคะแนนในการวัดซ้ำของแบบสอบถามกลุ่มอาการเท่ากับ 0.81 หาความเที่ยงโดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.73 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content analysis) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กลุ่มอาการที่พบเด่นชัดจะมีจุดเน้นที่อาการเจ็บ/ปวด/แน่นหน้าอกเป็นอาการเด่นที่สุด 85% และอาการเริ่มแรกที่เกิดขึ้นมากที่สุดคือ อาการเจ็บ/ปวด/แน่นหน้าอก 81.25% 2. วิธีการจัดการกับกลุ่มอาการด้วยวิธีไม่ใช้ยา เมื่อพิจารณารายข้อ พบว่าวิธีการจัดการกลุ่มอาการที่ผู้ป่วยใช้เป็นประจำ ได้แก่ เมื่อเกิดอาการท่านจะหยุดกิจกรรมที่กำลังทำทันที (X-bar = 2.99, SD = 0.54) กลวิธีการจัดการกับกลุ่มอาการด้วยวิธีใช้ยาที่ผู้ป่วยใช้ประจำ ได้แก่ รับประทานยาขยายหลอดเลือดอมใต้ลิ้น (X-bar = 1.16 ,SD =1.5) 3. กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการรับรู้ผลลัพธ์การจัดการกับกลุ่มอาการของผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน ส่วนใหญ่ไปในทางที่ทรุดลงกว่าเดิม คิดเป็น 56.25% อาการคงเดิม 18.75% และดีขึ้น 25%	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this descriptive research was to study symptom clusters, symptom management and outcome of management of patients with acute myocardial infarction. The sample consisted of 80 patients admitted to Hatyai Hospital, Trang Hospital, Maharat Nakronsrithamarat Hospital and suratthanee Hospital. The instrument consisted of 3 parts: a demographic data from, a symptom cluster questionnaire, and an interview guide for symptom cluster management and outcome. The test-retest reliability of the symptom cluster questionnaire revealed a percentage agreement of 0.81. Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient of the symptom cluster management of 0.73. Data were analyzed using descriptive statictics and content analysis. The results revealed that: 1. The most prominent symptom was chest pain (91.3%) and chest pain was also reported as the primary originating symptom (91.25%). 2. The symptom cluster management strategies reported by the subjects were stop activity (X-bar = 2.99, SD=0.54) and take vasodilatation medicine (X-bar = 1.16 , SD=1.5). 3. The outcomes of symptom cluster management reported by most patients was getting worse (56.25%), no change (18.75%), and getting better (25%).	en
