dc.description.abstract	วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาถึงความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัย ได้แก่ ชื่อเสียงที่ดีของพนักงาน แรงจูงใจ การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมระหว่างกัน ความไว้วางใจระหว่างกัน การสนับสนุนของผู้บริหารองค์กร และการมุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้ขององค์กร กับการถ่ายโอนความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมธุรกิจการเงินและอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้า และอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และเปรียบเทียบการถ่ายโอนความรู้และปัจจัยระหว่างสองอุตสาหกรรมว่ามีความแตกต่าง กันอย่างไร ประชากรสำหรับการวิจัย คือ องค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมธุรกิจการเงินจำนวน 112 องค์กร มี แบบสอบถามที่สามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์ผลจำนวน 65 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 58.0 และองค์กรในอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้า และอิเล็กทรอนิกส์จำนวน 335 องค์กร มีแบบสอบถามที่สามารถนำมาวิเคราะห์ผลจำนวน 94 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อย ละ 28.2 สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ สถิติทดสอบ t และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การถ่ายโอนความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมธุรกิจการเงินกับปัจจัยความไว้วางใจระหว่างกัน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์[ความถดถอย .302 ปัจจัยการมุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้ขององค์กรมี ความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความถดถอย .608 สำหรับปัจจัยชื่อเสียงที่ดีของพนักงาน แรงจูงใจ การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมระหว่างกัน และการสนับสนุนของผู้บริหารองค์กร พบว่า ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการ ถ่ายโอนความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมธุรกิจการเงิน การถ่ายโอนความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์กับ ปัจจัยแรงจูงใจมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความถดถอย .255 ปัจจัยการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม ระหว่างกันมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความถดถอย .338 ปัจจัยการสนับสนุนของผู้บริหาร องค์กรมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความถดถอย .251 และปัจจัยการมุ่งเน้นการเรียนรู้ขององค์กร มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ความถดถอย .303 สำหรับปัจจัยชื่อเสียงที่ดีของพนักงาน และความ ไว้วางใจระหว่างกันไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการถ่ายโอนความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ระดับการ ถ่ายโอนความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมธุรกิจการเงินแตกต่างกับระดับการถ่ายโอนความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมไฟฟ้าและ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และระดับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการถ่ายโอนความรู้ในอุตสาหกรรมธุรกิจการเงินและอุตสาหกรรม ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่แตกต่างกัน ได้แก่ ปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมระหว่างกันและความไว้วางใจระหว่างกัน ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this thesis is to study the relationship between factors, which are composed of good reputation, motivation, social interaction, management support, learning orientation, and knowledge transfer in financial business industry and electrical and electronics industry, also, to compare the difference of knowledge transfer and factors in two industries. The population of this research were 112 organizations in financial business industry and 65 organizations were received the questionnaire. The usable response rate was 58.0 percent. The other population of this research were 335 organizations in electrical and electronics industry and 94 organizations were received. The usable response rate was 28.2 percent. Data analysis includes T-test and Multiple regression, at the 0.05 level of statistical significance. The research findings indicates factors that have positive relationship with knowledge transfer in financial business industry are trust, which has positive relation and the coefficients is .302, and learning orientation has positive relationship and the coefficients is .608. Good reputation, motivation, social interaction, and management support are not related with knowledge transfer in financial business. Besides, factors that have positive relationship with knowledge transfer in electrical and electronics industry are motivation, which has positive relation and the coefficients is .255, social interactions has positive relation and the coefficients is .338, management support has positive relation and the coefficients is .251, and learning orientation has positive relations and the coefficients is .303. Good reputation and trust are not related with knowledge transfer in electrical and electronics industry. The levels of knowledge transfer in financial business industry are different from electrical and electronics industry and the levels of social interaction and trust affecting knowledge transfer in financial business industry are different from electrical and electronics industry	en
