dc.description.abstract	ปัญหาสภาวะแวดล้อมที่เกี่ยวกับทรัพยากรที่เกิดขึ้นในเขตจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา สามารถสรุปได้ ดังนี้คือ ปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำ เพื่อการอุปโภคบริโภค มีลักษณะเหมือนชนบททั่วไปของประเทศ ชาวชนบทส่วนใหญ่อาศัยน้ำบ่อตื้น บ่อบาดาล และน้ำฝน โดยการเก็บสำรองไว้ ภาวะการขาดแคลนจะเกิดจึ้นในฤดูแล้ง ประมาณเดือนพฤษภาคม ช่วงเวลาการขาดแคลนจะขึ้นอยู่กับการตกของฝนตามฤดูกาล สาเหตุที่เกิดการขาดแคลนมาจาก ประชาชนอาศัยน้ำบ่อที่มีจำนวนจำกัด และปริมาณน้ำฝนที่ไม่ตกต้องตามฤดูกาล ปัญหาการพังทะลายของหน้าดิน ส่วนมากเกิดในเขตอำเภอพนมสารคามและอำเภอสนาาชัยเขต สาเหตุมาจากการตัดไม้ทำลายป่า พื้นที่เป็นที่ลาดชัน ประกอบกับการทำไร่มันสำปะหลังตามที่ลาดชัน ปัญหาการเกิดน้ำท่วม มีสองลักษณะคือ เกิดน้ำท่วมทุก ๆ ปี มักจะเกิดในบริเวณอำเภอสนามชัยเขต และอำเภอพนมสารคาม เกิดจากฝนตกในเขตเทือกเขา และบริเวณนี้มีการจตัดไม้ทำลายป่าสูง จึงทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมอย่างฉับพลัน อีกลักษณะหนึ่งคือ เกิดน้ำท่วมบริเวณสองข้างของฝั่งแม่น้ำบางปะกง เกิดจากฝนตกปริมาณมาก ๆ ทำให้ระดับน้ำในแม่น้ำบางปะกงสูงขึ้น และท่วมในบริเวณสองข้างฝั่งแม่น้ำ แนวทางการแก้ไข ทางจังหวัดควรมีแผนพัฒนาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เด่นชัด ควรมีสามแผนคือ แผนแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า แผนระยะห้าปี และแผนระยะยาว	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The environmental problems in rural areas of Chanwat Chacheangsao involving the water resources are water shortage, soil erosion and flood which loke in general rural areas in Thailand. Most of rural people use water from dug wells, artesian wells and rain-water, from the cistern system a for drinking domestic uses as well as for animal consumption. The shortage of water is experienced in the dry season (March-May). Soil erosion occurs in the District of Phanomsarakham and Sanamchaiket because of deforestation and cassava planting in the steep slope area. As for the flood. There are two kinds of flood problems in this areas. In Sanamchaiket and Phanomsarakham flood accurs in every year which is due to heavy rain-fall. Flood of both banks of Bang-Phakong River, results from the rising of level in Bang-Phakong river which is augmented by the heavy rain-fall. It is recommended that official of Changwat Chachenagsao should have the development planning which an emphasis placed on environmental development, suchas immediate planning, short term (5- years) planning and long-term planning.	en
