dc.description.abstract	การละลายของตัวยาทีอยู่ในของผสมทางกายภาพของตัวยากับกรดโคลิกที่ได้อัดเป็นเม็ดยารูปแบบ ถูกควบคุมด้วยองค์ประกอบที่อยู่บนพื้นผิวหน้าของยาเม็ดนั้น ส่วนการละลายของตัวยาที่อยู่ในสารผสมอสัณฐานในลักษณะกลาส ที่เกิดจากตัวยากับกรดโคลิก ตามข้อมูลทางอินฟราเรดสเปกโทรสโคปี แสดงว่า พันธัของส่วนที่ขอบน้ำระหว่างกรดโคลิกกับกรดโคลิก และระหว่าง กรดโคลิกกับตัวยา จะทำให้ตัวยาถูกปลดปล่อยออกมาโดยระบบแมทริกซ์ ซึ่งทำให้อัตราการละลายของยาในพีเอช 1.30 และพีเอช 7.60 นั้นลดลง	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The release o fdrugs from the acid : drug physical mixtures were controlled by the surface component of the soild tablet. In the galss mixtures of cholic acid : drug, the infrared spectrosocpy suggested hydrophillic bondings between cholic-cholic and cholic-drug in the glass states lead to matrix releases characteristics and in most cases, resulted in lower dissolution rates of the drugs in both pH 1.30 and pH 7.60.	en
