dc.description.abstract	การทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่นในภาคเอกชน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในสถาบันการเงินและบริษัทมหาชน ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายอย่างมากมายมหาศาลต่อประเทศชาติ ปัจจุบันแม้มีหลายหน่วยงานที่มีอำนาจหน้าที่ในการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตในภาคเอกชน แต่ก็ยังไม่สามารถที่จะทำให้ปัญหาการทุจริตดังกล่าวนี้ลดลงหรือหมดสิ้นลงไป ได้ ทั้งนี้อาจเกิดจากสาเหตุที่สำคัญหลายประการ เช่น การที่ไม่ได้เป็นหน่วยงานอิสระทำให้ถูกครอบงำจากฝ่ายอื่นๆ ทำให้ไม่สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้อย่างเป็นอิสระ หรือแม้แต่ความไม่เชี่ยวชาญในการปฏิบัติงาน เป็นปัจจัยที่ทำให้การป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตในภาคเอกชนไม่ได้ผลเท่าที่ควร ด้วยเหตุที่คณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตในภาคราชการและผู้ดำรงตำแหน่งทางการเมืองได้อย่างเป็นผลที่น่าพอใจ โดยสามารถสืบสวนสอบสวนนำเอาตัวผู้กระทำความผิดมาลงโทษได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง จึงเห็นว่าคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. อาจมีบทบาทในการป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตในภาคเอกชนได้ เนื่องจากคณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. เป็นผู้มีหน้าที่ป้องกันและปราบปรามการทุจริตโดยเฉพาะ ทำให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการปฏิบัติงาน และการที่คณะกรรมการ ป.ป.ช. มีความเป็นอิสระ จึงไม่ถูกครอบงำโดยฝ่ายอื่น การปฏิบัติหน้าที่จึงทำได้อย่างเต็มที่ ซึ่งจะเป็นผลดีที่ปัญหาการทุจริตคอร์รัปชั่นในภาคเอกชนจะได้รับการป้องกันและปราบปรามให้ลดน้อยลงหรือหมดสิ้นไปจากสังคมไทย
dc.description.abstractalternative	The corruption in private sector, especially in financial institutes and public companies, is a major threat admitted to have a significant effect on national development and economic systems. Eventhough the prevention and suppression of corruption in private sector is now done by the authorized agencies, practice corruption still keeps growing. This is because not only are these agencies not so expert as to enable decisive measures to be taken, but also there are many other black influences that intimidate those who have the duty from carrying out the investigation and suppression works efficiently. According to the notable performance in preventing and suppressing corruption in public sector and political sector of the National Counter Corruption Commission (NCCC) by bringing continuously the offender to be prosecuted and punished, the NCCC should have a greater role in preventing and combating corruption in private sector. Its independence and effective implementation will be able to impede and eliminate the corruption problem in Thai society.
