dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะศึกษาความแตกต่างระหว่างลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำแบบเสรีนิยม แบบประชานิยม แบบอัตนิยม – ก้าวร้าว และแบบอัตนิยม – ยอมตาม ของสมาชิกชุมนุมเกษตรกรในอนาคตแห่งประเทศไทยที่เป็นเกษตรกรระดับเขต กับเกษตรระดับหน่วยและค้นหากลุ่มตัวพยากรณ์จากภูมิหลังของสมาชิก องค์ประกอบด้านโรงเรียนและสภาพการดำเนินงานของชุมนุมที่สัมพันธ์กับลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำทั้ง 4 แบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ศึกษามี 5 กลุ่ม คือ ( 1 ) กลุ่มสมาชิกชุมนุมเกษตรกรในอนาคตแห่งประเทศไทยที่เป็นเกษตรกรระดับเขต จำนวน 104 คน ( 2 ) กลุ่มเกษตรกรระดับหน่วย จำนวน 380 คน ( 3 ) กลุ่มผู้ปกครองของสมาชิก ช.ก.ท. จำนวน 351 คน ( 4 ) กลุ่มหัวหน้าสถานศึกษาของโรงเรียน จำนวน 27 คน ( 5 ) กลุ่มครูอาจารย์หมวดวิชาเกษตรกรรม จำนวน 71 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 4 ชนิดคือ ( 1 ) แบบประเมินความสามารถในการเป็นผู้นำ ( 2 ) แบบสอบถามภูมิหลังของสมาชิก ( 3 ) แบบสำรวจองค์ประกอบด้านโรงเรียนและ ( 4 ) แบบสอบถามสภาพการดำเนินงานของชุมนุม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย สถิติทดสอบที และการวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. เกษตรกรระดับเขตมีลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำแบบประชานิยมสูงกว่าเกษตรกรระดับหน่วย แต่เกษตรกรระดับหน่วยมีลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำแบบเสรีนิยมและแบบอัตนิยม – ก้าวร้าว สูงกว่า เกษตรกรระดับเขต ทั้งเกษตรกรระดับเขตและเกษตรกรระดับหน่วยมีลักษณะผู้นำแบบอัตนิยม – ยอมตามไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. ตัวแปรทำนายที่สำคัญของลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำแบบเสรีนิยมของสมาชิก ช.ก.ท. มีตัวแปร 3. ตัว คือ สมาชิก ช.ก.ท. เป็นคณะกรรมการงาน ช.ก.ท. ระดับเขต การอบรมของครูเกษตร และสมาชิก ช.ก.ท. เป็นคณะกรรมการ ช.ก.ท. ของโรงเรียน 3. ตัวแปรทำนายที่สำคัญของลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำแบบประชานิยมของสมาชิก ช.ก.ท. มีตัวแปร 6 ตัว คือ ระดับผลการเรียนเฉลี่ยของสมาชิก การมีที่ดินถือครองของผู้ปกครอง สมาชิก ช.ก.ท. มีผลงานการแข่งขันทักษะงาน ช.ก.ท. ระดับเขต สมาชิก ช.ก.ท. เป็นคณะกรรมการงาน ช.ก.ท. ระดับเขต พฤติกรรมการสอนของครูเกษตร และผู้ปกครองประกอบอาชีพรับจ้าง 4. ตัวแปรทำนายที่สำคัญของลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำแบบอัตนิยม – ก้าวร้าวของสมาชิก ช.ก.ท. 6 ตัว คือ ระดับการเรียนเฉลี่ยของสมาชิก จำนวนปีที่ทำการสอนของครูเกษตร ขนาดของ ช.ก.ท. วุฒิการศึกษาของครูเกษตร สมาชิก ช.ก.ท. ทำโครงการเกษตรด้านสัตวบาลและสภาพแวดล้อมด้านเกษตรกรรมของโรงเรียน 5. ตัวแปรทำนายที่สำคัญของลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำแบบอัตนิยม-ยอมตาม ของสมาชิก ช.กท. มีตัวแปร 3 ตัว คือ สภาพการดำเนินงานของ ช.ก.ท. สมาชิก ช.ก.ท. ทำโครงการเกษตรทั้งที่บ้านและที่โรงเรียน และสภาพแวดล้อมด้านเกษตรกรรมของโรงเรียน
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to study lassize Faire leadership, Democratic-Cooperative leadership, Autocratic-Aggressive leadership, and Autocratic-Submissive leadership of members of the Future Farmers of Thailand clubs who were farmers at regional level and farmers at school level and to find the predictors of each type of leaderships from background of the members, school factors, and the operation of the clubs. Five groups of samples were studied. They were (1) 104 members of the Future Farmers of Thailand clubs who were farmers at regional level (2) 380 farmers at school level (3) parents of the members (4) 27 school administrators and (5) 71 agriculture teachers. The four instruments used in this research were (1) The Leadership Ability Evaluation Form (2) a member background questionairs (3) a school factors survey form, and (4) a questionairs about the clubs operation. The collected data were analized by using t-test and multiple regression analysis techniques. Findings: 1. Agricultures at regional level had more Democratic – Cooperative leadership than Agricultures at school level Agricultures at school level had more charaetinishics of Lassize Faire and Autocratic Aggressive leadership than Agricultures at regional level. There were no difference in Autocratic – Submissive between Agricultures at regional level and Agricultures at school level. 2. There were 3 predictors of Lassize Faire leadership . They were being a commity of the clubs at regional level, agriculture training of the teachers, and being a commity of the clubs at school level. 3. There were 6 predictors of Democratic – Cooperative leadership. They were grade points average of the members, landed property of the parents, skill contest at regional level of the members, being a commity of the clubs at regional level, teaching behavior of agriculture teachers,. And having labor parents. 4. There were 6 predictors of Autocratic – Aggressive leadership They were grads points average of the members, member of teaching years of agriculture teachers, size of the clubs, qualifications of agriculture teachers, doing animal husbandary projects, and agriculture context of school. 5. There were 3 predictors of Autocratic – Submissive leadership. They were operations of the club, working on worked agriculture projects at home and at school, and agriculture context of school.
