dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การใช้บริการยืม-คืนระหว่างห้องสมุดร่วมกันของสมาชิกห้องสมุดในข่ายงานห้องสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยส่วนภูมิภาคในด้านการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับบริการ วัตถุประสงค์ ความถี่ ห้องสมุดที่ใช้บริการ และปัญหาในการใช้บริการ 2) วิเคราะห์ประเภท เนื้อหา ภาษา และอายุของสิ่งพิมพ์ที่มีการยืม-คืนระหว่างห้องสมุดร่วมกัน การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจโดยส่งแบบสอบถามไปยังสมาชิกห้องสมุดในข่ายงานฯ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 253 คน สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัย 11 แห่ง ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 186 ชุด (ร้อยละ 73.51) และรวบรวมรายชื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ที่มีการยืม-คืนระหว่างห้องสมุดร่วมกันจากห้องสมุดในข่ายงานฯ ระหว่างวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2546-31 พฤษภาคม 2547 ด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลสิ่งพิมพ์ ได้รายชื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ จำนวน 171 ชื่อเรื่อง จากห้องสมุดในข่ายงานฯ 5 แห่ง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมาชิกห้องสมุดในข่ายงานฯ ที่ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวนมากที่สุด คือ สมาชิกห้องสมุดในข่ายงาน สังกัดมหาวิทยาลัยแม่โจ้ประเภทของสมาชิกที่ใช้บริการฯ จำนวนมากที่สุดเป็นนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา สังกัดสาขาวิชาสังคมศาสตร์ สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่รับรู้เกี่ยวกับบริการจากสื่อบุคคลที่เป็นบรรณารักษ์และเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องสมุด โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้บริการเพื่อประกอบการเรียนและใช้บริการ 1-2 เดือนต่อครั้งเป็นจำนวนมากที่สุด ห้องสมุดที่สมาชิกจำนวนมากที่สุดไปใช้บริการ คือ สำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ปัญหาในการใช้บริการที่สมาชิกห้องสมุดในข่ายงานฯ ประสบในระดับมาก คือ ระยะเวลาที่ให้ยืมสั้นเกินไป จำนวนสิ่งพิมพ์ที่ให้ยืมแต่ละครั้งมีจำนวนน้อยเกินไป และยืมได้เฉพาะสิ่งพิมพ์ของหอสมุดกลางเท่านั้น ประเภทของสิ่งพิมพ์ที่มีการยืม-คืนระหว่างห้องสมุดร่วมกันมากที่สุด คือ หนังสือทั่วไป โดยสิ่งพิมพ์จำนวนมากที่สุดมีเนื้อหาด้านสังคมศาสตร์ เป็นภาษาไทย และมีอายุ 4-6 ปี (2543-2541)	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research was to study the use of reciprocal borrowing service of library members in the Provincial University Library Network (PULINET): the perception of the service; users objectives; frequencies and libraries used; problems of the service; and to analyze the types; contents; languages; and dates of publications used. The methods used were questionnaires sent to 11 library members in PULINET, totaling 253 from 11 universities. 186 questionnaires (73.51%) were returned. In addition, 171 titles reciprocal borrowing of books were collected from 5 libraries in PULINET between June 1, 2003 and May 31, 2004 (Academic Year 2003) using recording forms. The research results were as follows: The majority of respondents were PULINET members from Maejo University Library. Most users of using the service were graduate Social Sciences students who knew the service from librarians and other library staff. The objective of using the service was to seek library materials for their study and borrowedthose materials one or two times per month. The library they preferred to use was the Chiang Mai University Library. The main problems of using the service were that the loan period was too short to finish their study, too few books could be borrowed from the library, and users could borrow the books only from the main library. The most preferred publications borrowing by the users were that Thai general books on Social Sciences, especially on education published between 4 6 years (1995 and 2000).	en
