dc.description.abstract	ปัจจุบันประเทศไทย มักมีปัญหาอันสืบเนื่องมาจากความผิดพลาดของข้อมูลทางพื้นที่มาก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นปัญหาระดับท้องถิ่น ระดับจังหวัด หรือปัญหาการพัฒนาระดับประเทศ ทั้งนี้เนื่องจากหลักฐานขอบเขตพื้นที่ ไม่ถูกต้องตรงกับความเป็นจริง การสำรวจพื้นที่ใหม่ทั่วทั้งประเทศ ย่อมจะต้องใช้งบประมาณและอัตรากำลังคนอย่างมหาศาล แต่การใช้เอกสาร ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่หน่วยงานราชการของไทยจัดทำไว้แล้ว จากพื้นที่หน่วยย่อยที่สุด คือ โฉนด หรือ น.ส. 3 ประกอบขึ้นเป็นหมู่บ้าน อันเป็นส่วนย่อยของพื้นที่ตำบลจะทำให้ได้พื้นที่ตำบลจะทำให้ได้พื้นที่ตำบลถูกต้อง ในที่สุดพื้นที่อำเภอ และจังหวัดจะถูกต้องตามลำดับต่อกันไป แผนที่แสดงเขตการปกครองที่ถูกต้องนี้ จะช่วยให้นักวางแผน มีข้อมูลทางพื้นที่ถูกต้อง เป็นอุปกรณ์ช่วยในการศึกษาข้อมูลเบื้องต้น สามารถตัดสินใจ และเลือกพื้นที่พัฒนาได้ตรงกับความต้องการของชุมชนนั้นๆ อันจะเป็นประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อสังคม และประเทศชาติ	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	At present, in Thailand many of the problems occurred stemmed from wrong data information on a map. The unexact boundary of administrative areas shown on the map has created bars to development both on the regional and the national level. To survey the country all over again is tremendously costly. The more sensible, economical, and efficeint way is by making use of data already gathered and filed by governmental offices. The cadastle or N.S. 3 concerned is the title deed to a piece of land. By sorting and compiling data from each title deed to a piece of land, a larger and more precise data information on the village level can be obtained. Likewise, the right data information in bigger units, namely 'tambon,' 'amphoe,' and 'changwat' can also be compiled. In the end, the exact perimeter of administrative areas can be shown on a map The map showing right administrative areas is invaluable to a development planner, for it informs him precisely where and what need to develop in the region. Right decision making will lead to a more effective way in developing a region, and on a larger scale, the country as a whole.	en
