dc.description.abstract	รายงานนี้ กล่าวถึง การใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ในการจัดการในไร่นา ซึ่งเน้นการควบคุมระบบ และขบวนการในการผลิตทางเกษตร แบบผสมผสาน ปลูกพืชเลี้ยงสัตว์ด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ แบบอัตโนมัติ การวิเคราะห์สถานภาพทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และเทคโนโลยีการผลิตทางการเกษตรของชนบทไทยในภาคกลาง ซึ่งมีความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีสูงกว่าในภาคอื่น การศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ขีดความสามารถในการพึ่งตนเองในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อควบคุมระบบการผลิตสำหรับกรณีย์ที่จะมีปัจเจกบุคคลเปรียบเทียบกับถ้าเป็นบริษัทการเกษตรเป็นผู้ดำเนินการผลิต ข้อสรุปที่ได้จากการศึกษาวิจัยนี้ แยกได้เป็น 2 ประเด็นคือ ก. ด้านผู้ใช้ การใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ควบคุมระบบการผลิตทางการเกษตรนั้น พบว่า ยังเร็วเกินไปที่เกษตรกรในประเทศไทย จะสามารถใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ควบคุมระบบการผลิตทางการเกษตรได้อย่างสามารถพึ่งตนเองได้ดี เกษตรกรยังขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจ และความพร้อมที่จะใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเหมาะสมต้องปรับขีดความสามารถของเกษตรอีกมาก ข. ด้านเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์และวิธีการใช้ โอกาสที่จะนำเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ไปใช้ ควบคุมระบบการผลิตทางการเกษตรไปจัดการในไร่นาในปัจจุบันยังมีน้อย เนื่องจากยังขาดการวิจัยพัฒนา ทั้งด้านการผลิตเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพการใช้งานในไร่นา และการพัฒนาด้านวิธีการและการสั่งการคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ง่าย และเหมาะสมกับความรู้ความสามารถของเกษตรกร จะต้องมีการวิจัยและพัฒนาเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสมอีกมาก	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The use of microcomputer to manage and control farming activities in an integrated farming system which include the crop planting and animal raising is reported. The survey and analysis of the socio-economic and technological status of farmers in the Central Plain, the most advanced group in Thailand were carried out to check and analys the possibility of this group of farmer to able to use microcomputers in mainaging and controlling their farming activities with a satisfactory degree of self-reliance in Science and Technology involved in such endevour. Comparison of results of self-reliance analysis of two hypothetical cases i.e. individual farmer and an advanced agricultural corperation was also made. Conclusion that can be drawn from this study are: (a) On the capability of users. It was found that the use of micro computer in managing and controlling of farming activities is too soon for farmers in rural Thailand. Farmers have not prosessed the capability required to operate them to manage and control their agricultural production process with a satisfactory degree of self-reliance. The capability must be vastly improved if they are to be able to use microcomputer in their farm efficiently and appropriately. (b) On the computer hardware and software The chance to transfer computer technology to farmers to be used on farm at the present time is very small. Computers as are available now are not appropriately design to be used in the farm nor the programmings to operate the computer are simplified enough for the farmer to use them properly. Needs to do further researches both on hardwares and softwares are still exist to make computer rugged enough for use on the farm and the operation and application of such technology simple enough for farmers in rural Thailand.	en
