dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้สูงอายุหลังผ่าตัดจอประสาทตาลอก และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ความสามารถในการมองเห็น ภาวะสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง ความเชื่ออำนาจภายใน-ภายนอกตน และความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลตนเอง กับความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้สูงอายุหลังผ่าตัดจอประสาทตาลอก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ที่มีอายุเกิน 60 ปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไปทั้งเพศชายและเพศหญิง ที่มารับบริการรักษาที่คลินิกโรคจอประสาทตา หน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกในโรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข เขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล โดยได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่าเป็นจอประสาทตาลอก ได้รับการรักษาโดยการผ่าตัดมาแล้วไม่เกิน 1 ปี จำนวน 120 ราย โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างเป็นระบบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบบันทึกความสามารถในการมองเห็น แบบวัดภาวะสุขภาพ แบบประเมินการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบวัดความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง แบบวัดความเชื่ออำนาจภายใน-ภายนอกตน แบบประเมินความรู้ในการดูแลตนเองแบบ และประเมินความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และหาความเที่ยงโดยการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค มีเท่ากับ .67, .65, .88, .66, .85 และ .62 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน โดยทดสอบความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้สูงอายุหลังผ่าตัดจอประสาทตาลอก โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.55 2. ความรู้สึกมีคุณค่าในตนเอง ภาวะสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลตนเองของผู้สูงอายุหลังผ่าตัดจอประสาทตาลอกมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .45, .42, 41, .30 ตามลำดับ)	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this descriptive research were to study the self-care agency of older person after retinal detachment operation and the relationships between visual acuity, health status, social support, self-esteem, health locus of control, and knowledge of older person with self-care agency. The participants consisted of 120 older person after retinal detachment operation less than 1 year at out patient department of the hospitals under the Ministry of Public Health within Bangkok Metropolis and Municipal areas. The systematic random sampling technique was used for sample selection. Research instruments were demographic questionnaire, visual acuity test, health status, social support, self-esteem, health locus of control, the knowledge of older person after retinal detachment operation, and self-care agency questionnaires. The instruments were test for content validity and reliability and the reliability were .67, .65, .88, .66, .85, and .62 respectively. Data were analyzed by mean, percentage, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation. Major findings were as follows: 1. Self-care agency of older person after retinal detachment operation was at high level ( = 2.55). 2. Self-esteem, health status, social support, and the knowledge of older person after retinal detachment operation were significantly positive correlated with self-care agency of older person after retinal detachment operation at the level of .05 (r = .45, .42, .41, .30 respectively)	en
