dc.description.abstract	บทความนี้นำเสนอเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับการบริหารประเทศของประธานาธิบดีวลาดีมีร์ ปูติน ตั้งแต่เริ่มเข้าสู่ตำแหน่งในปี ค.ศ. 2000 ต่อเนื่องมาจนถึงสมัยปัจจุบันโดยแบ่งนำเสนอเป็น 4 ตอน การนำเสนอในวารสารฉบับนี้ ซึ่งเป็นตอนที่ 1 นำเสนอผลงานที่เป็นความสำเร็จระหว่างการดำรงตำแหน่งประธานาธิบดี 2 วาระแรกระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2000 ถึง ค.ศ. 2008 โดยในช่วงแรกเป็นการประมวลผลการดำเนินการทางการเมือง และเหตุการณ์สำคัญทางการเมืองในยุคดังกล่าว รวมทั้งประมวลความเห็นของบุคคลที่มีชื่อเสียงต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับวลาดีมีร์ ปูตินและผลงานของเขา ส่วนในตอนท้ายบทความกล่าวถึงปัจจัยที่ทำให้ ประธานาธิบดีปูตินประสบความสำเร็จในการบริหารประเทศ รวมถึงการประมวลความสำเร็จและความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นจากตัวเลขเปรียบเทียบความเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยอ้างอิงข้อมูลที่เป็นตารางตัวเลขจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่างๆ ทั้งแหล่งข้อมูลที่เป็นทางการของรัสเซียของ และแหล่งข้อมูลขององค์กรหรือหน่วยงานระหว่างประเทศ
dc.description.abstractalternative	This article presents the story of Vladimir Putin in ruling Russia from the time he became President for the first time in 2000 to the present. The story will be given in four installments, beginning with this one, which focuses on his achievements during his first two terms of the presidency of the Russian Federation from 2000 to 2008. The main part of this installment highlights his political activities, together with important events during this period and the opinions of famous people on the president and his work. The concluding part identifies the factors accounting for Putin’s success in administering the country, assessing his achievements in terms of a quantitative comparison of changes based on figures from Russian and as well as other sources including those of international organizations and agencies.
