dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ของครอบครัว จำนวนบุตร และการรับรู้อาการบุตร ระดับความรุนแรงของอาการ และการสนับสนุนของสามี กับผลลัพธ์การปรับตัวของมารดาที่ดูแลเด็กออทิสติก และศึกษาการประเมินสถานการณ์ความเครียด และการเผชิญความเครียดของมารดาที่มีผลลัพธ์การปรับตัวแตกต่างกัน แบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น 2 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มที่ 1 เป็นมารดาที่มีบุตรเป็นเด็กออทิสติก อายุ 3-5 ปี จำนวน 130 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง กลุ่มที่ 2 คือมารดาของเด็กออทิสติกในกลุ่มที่ 1 ที่มีผลลัพธ์การปรับตัวสูงจำนวน 10 คน และผลลัพธ์การปรับตัวต่ำจำนวน 10 คน รวมทั้งหมด 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินระดับความรุนแรงของอาการ แบบสอบถามเรื่องการสนับสนุนของสามี แบบวัดผลลัพธ์การปรับตัวของมารดาที่ดูแลเด็กออทิสติก และแนวทางการสัมภาษณ์การประเมินสถานการณ์ความเครียด การเผชิญความเครียดของมารดาที่ดูแลเด็กออทิสติก แบบสอบถามทั้งหมดนี้ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเองจากการศึกษาตำรา งานวิจัยและการสัมภาษณ์มารดาของเด็กออทิสติก มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .89, .92, และ .83 ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. มารดามีผลลัพธ์การปรับตัวโดยเฉลี่ยในระดับปานกลาง โดยพบว่าด้านการดำรงบทบาทหน้าที่ต่างๆ สูงสุด และมีการปรับตัวด้านขวัญกำลังใจต่ำสุด 2. ผลลัพธ์การปรับตัวของมารดามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับรายได้ของครอบครัว การรับรู้อาการบุตรระดับความรุนแรงของอาการ การสนับสนุนของสามีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .48, .31, .71 และ .44) และมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับจำนวนบุตรอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .16) โดยที่อายุของมารดานั้นไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลลัพธ์การปรับตัวของมารดา 3. มารดาที่มีผลลัพธ์การปรับตัวแตกต่างกัน มีการประเมินสถานการณ์ความเครียด และการเผชิญความเครียดแตกต่างกัน	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of the study were to examine the relationships between personal factors, level of symptom, husband support and adaptation outcomes of mother caring for autistic children. In addition, to explore stress appraisal and coping level of mothers who had different level of adaptation outcomes. Sample adopted by recruited 130 mothers who brought autistic children age 3-5 year to the out patient department at Yuwaprasardvithayopratam Psychiatric Hospital, Samut Prakan Province, were randomly selected by purposive sampling. Content validity and reliability of the research instrument; husband support questionnaires, level of symptom, adaptation outcomes questionnaires, stress appraisal and coping inteview using the Cronbach's alpha coefficients were .89, .92, and .83, respectively. The major findings were as follow: 1. Total mean score of adaptation outcomes of mothers caring for autistic children were moderate level. 2. Saraly of family, perception of symptom, level of symptom, and husband support were positive significantly related to adaptation outcomes of mother, at the .05 level. 3. Mothers who had different level of adaptation outcomes perceived own stress appraisal and coping level differently.	en
