| dc.description.abstract | นักวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์เป็นผู้นำเสนอข้อมูล สารสนเทศให้นักลงทุนใช้ตัดสินใจในการลงทุนในขณะที่มีงานในอดีตได้ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการแสวงหาสารสนเทศของนักลงทุน แต่ไม่พบการศึกษาพฤติกรรมดังกล่าวของนักวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์ งานนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมการแสวงหาสารสนเทศของนักวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์ ตลอดจนความสัมพันธ์กับทักษะการแก้ปัญหา ข้อมูลเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ได้มาจากแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 192 ฉบับที่ได้รับคืน (1) ทางไปรษณีย์ให้กับนักวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์ที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากภาครัฐให้นำเสนอข้อมูลทางการลงทุนกับสาธารณชน และ (2) จากการแจกให้กับนักวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์ที่เข้าสอบหลักสูตร CISA และ CFA ผลการวิเคราะห์ระบุว่านักวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์นิยมแสวงหาสารสนเทศในรูปแบบของรายงาน สถานการณ์ทั่วไปจากสื่อดิจิตอลและสื่อสถาบันมากที่สุด ทั้งนี้ช่องทางการแสวงหาควรมีลักษณะน่าสนใจ เข้าถึงได้สะดวก นำเสนอสารสนเทศอย่างชัดเจน ตรวจสอบได้ และเป็นที่สนใจของคนส่วนใหญ่ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า นักวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาอยู่ในเกณฑ์ค่อนข้างสูง และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทักษะดังกล่าวกับตัวแปรของการแสวงหาสารสนเทศ มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ นอกจากช่วยต่อยอดองค์ความรู้ของการแสวงหาสารสนเทศในบริบทของนักวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์ในประเทศไทยแล้ว ผู้บริหารองค์กรทางการเงินอาจใช้ผลทางการศึกษา เพื่อนำเสนอสารสนเทศให้ตอบสนองนักวิเคราะห์หลักทรัพย์อย่างเหมาะสม มีประสิทธิภาพ อีกทั้งอาจช่วยเพิ่มทักษะการแก้ปัญหาได้ด้วย | |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | A securities analyst is one of information providers to an investor. While much of previous work has reported the investors’ information-seeking behavior, only few projects have researched on this behavior of the securities analysts. This research is thus an attempt to examine the analysis’ information-seeking behaviors and relationships to their problem solving skills. 192 returned mail questionnaires were from (1) securities analysts listed with the government so as to be able to comment in the public on any information pertaining to the investment and (2) those who participated in CISA examination. The analysis revealed that the securities analysts prefer both general financial reports and in-depth investigations through digital channels and reputable institutes. These channels should be appealing, easily accessible, presenting well-accepted and auditable information. In addition, the securities analysts’ scores on problem-solving skills are above average and significantly related to information-seeking behaviors. | |
