dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาข้อมูลในเอกสารประวัติศาสตร์สถาปัตยกรรม พระราชวังดุสิต เป็นการรวบรวม สรุปสาระสำคัญ และจัดทำฐานข้อมูลเอกสารประวัติศาสตร์สถาปัตยกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการก่อสร้างพระราชวังดุสิต ในรัชสมัยพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 5 โดยสำรวจ รวบรวม และทำสำเนาเอกสารชั้นต้นจากแหล่งต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ หอจดหมายเหตุแห่งชาติ และห้องสมุดเฉพาะ สำนักราชเลขาธิการ ประกอบกับเอกสารชั้นต้นที่ตีพิมพ์แล้ว ได้แก่ พระราชหัตถเลขาที่รัชกาลที่ 5 ทรงมีพระราชทานบุคคลต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนข่าวและประกาศต่าง ๆ จากหนังสือพิมพ์ในสมัยนั้น รวมเป็นเอกสารทั้งสิ้น 89 รายการ ครอบคลุมเหตุการณ์ต่าง ๆ เกี่ยวกับการก่อสร้างพระราชวังดุสิตในช่วงปลายรัชกาลที่ 5 คือระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2441 ถีงพ.ศ. 2453 จากนั้นคณะผู้วิจัยจึงนำเอกสารทั้งหมดมาจัดทำฐานข้อมูล สรุป สาระสังเขป กำหนดรหัสเอกสาร และจัดเรียงเอกสารทั้งหมดขึ้นใหม่ โดยเรียงตามลำดับเวลาของเอกสาร เพื่อให้เห็นความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมิติของเวลา กับความเปลี่ยนแปลงทางสถาปัตยกรรม และจัดทำดัชนีค้นคำ โดยคัดเลือกนามสถานที่ บุคคล เหตุการณ์ และวัสดุสิ่งของต่าง ๆ เพื่อเป็นฐานข้อมูลในการค้นคว้าวิจัยทางประวัติศาสตร์สถาปัตยกรรมต่อไป	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The research focuses on the historic documents on the architectural history of Dusit palace. Previously scattered data on the construction and physical development of the palace during the reign of King Rama V was collected, annotated, and compiled into a database. Primary documents from the National Archives of Thailand and the library of the Office of His Majesty’s Principal Private Secretary were collected. In addition, printed primary documents: Rama V’s correspondences, newspaper reports and proclamations, were collected. Finally, the research identified 89 sets of historic documents, covering construction of the palace during the final years of Rama V’s reign, from 1898 to 1910. Subsequently the historic documents were studied, annotated, coded, and reorganized into a comprehensive database that reflects clearly the correlation between temporal and architectural changes through the years. A detailed index was also created, focusing mainly on place names, persons’ names, events, and objects, as a part of the database for future research in the palace’s architectural history.	en_US
