dc.description.abstract	ผู้สูงอายุเป็นช่วงอายุที่มีปัญหาด้านสุขภาพและจำนวนประชากรผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทย มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยที่สถานบริการสาธารณสุขระดับปฐมภูมิ เป็นทรัพยากรสุขภาพที่สำคัญในโครงสร้างระบบบริการสุขภาพสำหรับทุกกลุ่มวัย รวมถึงผู้สูงอายุ การเข้าถึงการบริการสาธารณสุขได้ง่ายและการใช้ชีวิตประจำวันได้สะดวกของผู้สูงอายุ จะช่วยลดปัญหาด้านสุขภาพได้ นับตั้งแต่ประเทศไทยมีพระราชบัญญัติผู้สูงอายุ พ.ศ. 2546 ได้เริ่มมีการให้ความสนใจในการออกแบบสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพที่เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ การศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงมุ่งเน้นการหาแนวทางการออกแบบสภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพภายนอก และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับผู้สูงอายุของสถานบริการสาธารณสุขระดับปฐมภูมิ ในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา โดยศึกษาข้อมูลจากการทบทวนเอกสารและการสำรวจภาคสนามใน 2 ส่วนหลักคือ ผู้สูงอายุและสถานบริการสาธารณสุขระดับปฐมภูมิ ด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ สอบถาม และสังเกตการณ์ จากพื้นที่ศึกษาสถานบริการสาธารณสุขระดับปฐมภูมิในจังหวัดนครราชสีมาจำนวน 16 แห่ง และผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 401 ตัวอย่าง การศึกษาพบว่าทั้งบุคลากรในสถานบริการสาธารณสุขและผู้สูงอายุ เห็นความสำคัญของการใช้สถานที่ภายนอกอาคาร โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในกิจกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ด้วยความเชื่อว่าความเจ็บป่วยเป็นเรื่องรักษาและป้องกันได้ ปัญหาที่พบเป็นเรื่องขององค์ประกอบใช้งานที่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด ทั้งเชิงกฏหมายและข้อแนะนำสากลสำหรับการออกแบบเพื่อผู้สูงอายุ อันเนื่องมาจากการไม่ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับเรื่องนี้มาในอดีต การรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า แนวความคิดพื้นฐานที่ต้องคำนึงถึงในการออกแบบพื้นที่ภายนอกอาคารเพื่อผู้สูงอายุคือ การป้องกันอันตราย การช่วยบำบัดฟื้นฟูอาการเจ็บป่วย และการช่วยส่งเสริมสุขภาพเพื่อชะลอความเสื่อมของร่างกายและจิตใจ โดยในรายละเอียดมีประเด็นที่ควรคำนึงถึง 7 ประการ ได้แก่ ความปลอดภัย การส่งเสริมปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคม การสนองตอบความเชื่อ การมีความยืดหยุ่นปรับเปลี่ยนได้ ความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน/เรียนรู้ ความง่ายต่อการดูแลรักษา การเข้าถึงได้และความพอเพียง ผลการศึกษาได้เสนอแนวทางสำหรับการออกแบบพื้นที่ภายนอกอาคาร ของสถานบริการสาธารณสุขระดับปฐมภูมิสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ในเรื่องของ การวางผังบริเวณ และการออกแบบองค์ประกอบบริเวณ เช่น ที่จอดรถ ทางเดิน ทางลาด บันได ราวจับ ที่นั่ง ป้าย พืชพรรณ เป็นต้น	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	Aging is the health problem period and Thai aging population is tending to increase continually. Also, primary health care unit is an essential health resource in the all age health care service system structure, include the aging. Easily access to health care service and convenient daily life of aging can decrease health problem. Since Thailand is aging legislating of 2546 B.C. is enforce, physical environment design for all age appropriately is interesting. This study intend to find a guidelines for outdoor environment and facilities design for aging at primary health care unit in Nakhon Ratchasima province, by literature reviewing and field surverying in 2 main targets that are aging and primary health care unit. The method of this study are interviewing, making questionnaire and observation from 16 primary health care units in Nakhon Ratchasima province and 401 sample aging. This study finds that both health care unit officers and aging are recognizing in outdoor space using, especially health care activity. Because they belive that all sickness and painful can be healed and protected. The facing problems are usable elements of facility which are not in line with an enforcement of both legal side and international introduction for designing for aging side. Ahyhow, because of neglecting in this case before. Gathering and analysis the data find that basically concept to be recognized for outdoor space for aging design are harmful protection, sickness and painful healing and health care for slowing down the body and mind declination. Furthermore, in detail, there are 7 main points must be recognized so 1) Safety 2) Social Interaction 3) support in local belief 4) flexibility in use 5) Simple and intuitive 6) Low maintenance 7)approach/sufficiency. The result of this study is outdoor environment and facilities design guidelines for aging at primary health care units care units IN Nakhon Ratchasima province; it is about layout planning and area elements design such as parking, pedestrian, ramp, stair, handrail, seat, sign and vegetation.	en_US
