dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างเครื่องบีบน้ำมันปาล์มขนาดเล็กราคาถูกสำหรับเกษตรกรไว้ใช้ ในครัวเรือน โดยมีขอบเขตงานวิจัยตั้งแต่การสกัดน้ำมันปาล์มดิบแล้วนำมาผสมกับน้ำมันดีเซล เครื่องบีบน้ำมันปาล์มที่ได้จากการวิจัยนี้ประกอบไปด้วยอุปกรณ์หลัก ๆ ที่ต้องใช้ร่วมกันดังนี้ 1. ชุดฉีกแยกเปลือก เนื้อและเมล็ดปาล์มน้ำมัน 2. ชุดย่อยเปลือก เนื้อปาล์มน้ำมัน 3. ชุดบีบน้ำมันปาล์มให้เป็นน้ำมัน 4. ชุดสลัดเหวี่ยงแยกไขปาล์มน้ำมัน ชนิดไม่อิ่มตัว (CPOL) และชนิดอิ่มตัว (CPS) 5. ชุดกรองน้ำมันปาล์ม รวมระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการประดิษฐ์ ทดลองบีบน้ำมัน และทดสอบเดินเครื่องยนต์ ทั้งหมด ประมาณ 12 เดือน การผสมน้ำมันปาล์มกับน้ำมันดีเซล ใช้อัตราส่วน น้ำมันปาล์ม CPOL 100% 1 ลิตร ต่อน้ำมัน ดีเซล 1 ลิตร แล้วมาเข้าเครื่องสลัดเหวี่ยงอีกประมาณ 5 นาที เพื่อให้น้ำมันดีเซล ผสมกับ CPOL กันได้ดี ขึ้น หลังจากที่ผ่านการเหวี่ยงแล้วนำไปผ่านชุดกรองน้ำมันปาล์มขนาด 1 ไมครอน ผลการทดสอบ การใช้กับรถยนต์ที่ระยะทาง 1,500 กิโลเมตร พบว่าสามารใช้งานได้ตามปกติ	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this research is to invent small-size crude palm oil extractor. It can use in agricultural sector with low costs. The scope of the research is extracting CPO and mixing with diesel. The crude palm oil extractor comprises the following components. They are 1. Component for separating shell and its seed 2. Component for digesting palm 3. Components for extracting palm oil 4. Centrifugal component for separating CPOL and CPS 5. Palm oil filter Total time for inventing and testing is 12 months. To mix palm oil with diesel oil, the mixing ratio of CPOL and Diesel is 1 liter : 1 liter. After simple shaking the mixer, use the centrifugal component in order to improve the quality of mixer. Then the mixer is passed into the palm oil filter with 1 micron. Finally, the mixer is homogenous and well-performed. The result of testing the mixer with a diesel engine car is shown that the car has a normal performance	en_US
