dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในการบริหารการพยาบาลกลุ่มเจนวาย โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 19 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาล จำนวน 3 คน หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย จำนวน 5 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการวางแผนทรัพยากรมนุษย์ จำนวน 1 คน นักวิชาการ/อาจารย์บริหารพยาบาล จำนวน 4 คน และพยาบาลเจนวาย จำนวน 6 คน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน โดยขั้นตอนที่ 1 สัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในการบริหารการพยาบาลกลุ่มเจนวาย ขั้นตอนที่ 2 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์มาวิเคราะห์สาระสำคัญแล้วนำมาสร้างแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับระดับความสำคัญของรายด้านย่อยของภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในการบริหารการพยาบาลกลุ่มเจนวายและนำมาคำนวณค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ขั้นตอนที่ 3 นำข้อมูลที่ได้จากขั้นตอนที่ 2 จัดทำเป็นแบบสอบถามให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญยืนยันคำตอบและนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์เพื่อสรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในการบริหารการพยาบาลกลุ่มเจนวาย ประกอบด้วย 8 ด้าน และมีข้อรายการย่อย จำนวน 78 ข้อ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้นำ จำนวน 21 ข้อรายการ 2) ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ จำนวน 8 ข้อรายการ 3) ด้านการเสริมแรงบันดาลใจ จำนวน 12 ข้อรายการ 4) ด้านการบริการ จำนวน 6 ข้อรายการ 5) ด้านการพัฒนา จำนวน 11 ข้อรายการ 6) ด้านการบริหารความขัดแย้ง จำนวน 4 ข้อรายการ 7) ด้านการนิเทศ จำนวน 7 ข้อรายการ และ 8) ด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร จำนวน 9 ข้อรายการ โดยองค์ประกอบทั้ง 8 ด้าน พบว่ามีข้อรายการย่อย จำนวน 76 ข้อรายการ ที่มีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และมีข้อรายการย่อย จำนวน 2 ข้อรายการ ที่มีความสำคัญอยู่ในระดับมาก
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this descriptive research was A study of leadership of head nurse in management for generation Y nurses, The Delphi Technique was used in this study. Participant were nineteen experts, including three nursing administrators, five head nurses, one human resources planning administrator, four academic institutions and instructor who teaching in nursing administration, and six generation Y nurses. The Delphi technique consisted of 3 steps. Step 1, all experts were described about the leadership of head nurse in management for generation Y nurses. Step 2, used data from step 1 to be analyzed by using content analysis for developing the rating scales questionnaire. All items in the questionnaire were ranked the level of the leadership of head nurses by a prior panel of experts. Step 3, data were analyzed by using median and interquartile range which was developed a new version of the questionnaire. The new questionnaire was sent to previous experts to confirm the previous ranked items. Data were analyzed again by median and interquartile range to summarize the study. The results of the study were presented that the leadership of head nurse in management for generation Y nurses, consisted of 8 components resulting in 78 items. They were: 1) Attributes 21 items, 2) Vision 8 items, 3) Inspiration 12 items, 4) Service 6 items, 5) Development 11 items, 6) Conflict Management 4 items, 7) Supervision 7 items, and 8) Information technology and communications 9 items. There are 76 items are most important and 2 items are more important.
