dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะการให้และการใช้บริการห้องสมุดตลอดจนความต้องการใช้บริการห้องสมุดของครูและนักเรียนโรงเรียนดอนเมืองทหารอากาศบำรุง ผลการวิจัยพบว่าครูและนักเรียนส่วนมากเข้าใช้ห้องสมุดสัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง ครูชอบเข้าใช้ช่วงเช้าก่อนเข้าเรียน นักเรียนชอบเข้าใช้ช่วงเย็นหลังเลิกเรียน วัตถุประสงค์การเข้าใช้ห้องสมุดส่วนมากครูเข้าใช้เพื่ออ่านวารสารและหนังสือพิมพ์ นักเรียนเข้าใช้เพื่อยืม-คืนหนังสือ วิธีค้นหาสิ่งพิมพ์หรือวัสดุของครูและนักเรียนใช้วิธีเดินหาตามชั้นด้วยตนเองมากที่สุด เหตุจูงใจให้เข้าใช้ห้องสมุดของครูคือหนังสือ ส่วนของนักเรียนคืองานที่ครูมอบหมาย นอกจากห้องสมุดโรงเรียนแล้วครูและนักเรียนยังเข้าใช้ห้องสมุดหมวดวิชาต่าง ๆ บริการที่ครูและนักเรียนส่วนมากใช้อยู่ในระดับน้อย บริการที่ใช้สูงสุดอยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือ บริการยืม-คืน บริการให้อ่าน บริการห้องสมุดเพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนการสอนและบริการห้องสมุดหมวดวิชา มีความต้องการใช้บริการห้องสมุดในระดับมาก ส่วนกิจกรรมห้องสมุดครูเข้าร่วมน้อยกว่านักเรียนและมีความต้องการในระดับปานกลาง นักเรียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในระดับปานกลางและต้องการเข้าร่วมในระดับปานกลางเป็นส่วนมาก การจัดบริการห้องสมุดโรงเรียนส่วนมาก เห็นว่าเหมาะสมในระดับปานกลาง ต้องการให้มีการปรับปรุงบริการต่าง ๆ และเพิ่มวัสดุการอ่านให้มากขึ้น
dc.description.abstractalternative	The pursose of this reseach were to study the uses and needs of teachers and students for library services of Donmung Thaharn-Agadbumrung School. It was concluded that most of teachers and students used library once a week. The teachers visited in the morning befor the school begin. The students visited in the evening after the lesson stop. The purpose in coming to the library of teachers were reading journals and newspapers, but the students were using circulation. They used searching method of print materials on the shelves by themselves. The factors made them to visit the library were the books for teachers, and did home works and reports for students. The majority of them used rarely library services. The highest mean score in moderate used services of them were circulation service, reading service, library for instruction service and department of library subject service. They needed mean score higher than they used. The teachers used activities rather less and needed intermediately, but the students used and needed in moderate. They had opinion toward the library services were made concerning inproument of library services and resources.
