dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองแบบเบื้องต้นแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดซ้ำ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการเรียนจากตัวแบบสัญลักษณ์โดยใช้วีดิทัศน์ร่วมกับการอภิปรายกลุ่มต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลประจำการ โดย เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลประจำการระหว่างก่อนและหลังการเรียนจากตัวแบบสัญลักษณ์โดยใช้วีดิทัศน์ร่วมกับการอภิปรายกลุ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลประจำการที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลโพธิ์ไทรระหว่างเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2545 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2545 จำนวน 15 คน ซึ่งได้ผ่านการเลือกตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองประกอบด้วยวีดิทัศน์ตัวแบบสัญลักษณ์ คู่มือการใช้ตัวแบบสัญลักษณ์ร่วมกับการอภิปรายกลุ่ม และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยของพยาบาลประจำการที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบอันดับที่มีเครื่องหมายวิลคอกสัน (Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. พฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยโดยรวมของพยาบาลประจำการหลังการเรียนจากตัวแบบสัญลักษณ์โดยใช้วีดิทัศน์ร่วมกับการอภิปรายกลุ่มดีกว่าก่อนการเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. พฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้านความเห็นอกเห็นใจของพยาบาลประจำการหลังการเรียนจากตัวแบบสัญลักษณ์โดยใช้วีดิทัศน์ร่วมกับการอภิปรายกลุ่มและก่อนการเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. พฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้านความสามารถในการดูแลของพยาบาลประจำการหลังการเรียนจากตัวแบบสัญลักษณ์โดยใช้วีดิทัศน์ร่วมกับการอภิปรายกลุ่มดีกว่าก่อนการเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. พฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้านความเชื่อมั่นไว้ใจของพยาบาลประจำการหลังการเรียนจากตัวแบบสัญลักษณ์โดยใช้วีดิทัศน์ร่วมกับการอภิปรายกลุ่มดีกว่าก่อนการเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 5. พฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้านจิตสำนึกความถูกต้องทางศีลธรรมจรรยาของพยาบาลประจำการหลังการเรียนจากตัวแบบสัญลักษณ์โดยใช้วีดิทัศน์ร่วมกับการอภิปรายกลุ่มไม่สามารถสรุปได้ว่าดีกว่าก่อนการเรียนเป็นผลมาจากการทดลอง 6. พฤติกรรมการดูแลผู้ป่วยด้านความยึดมั่นผูกพันในการปฏิบัติงานการดูแลของพยาบาลประจำการหลังการเรียจากตัวแบบสัญลักษณ์โดยใช้วีดิทัศน์ร่วมกับการอภิปรายกลุ่มดีกว่าก่อนการเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	This is a pre-experimental research of one group repeated measures. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of learning by using video symbolic modeling and group discussion on caring behaviors of staff nurses by compare caring behaviors of staff nurses between before and after learning from symbolic modeling using video and group discussion. The samples were 15 staff nurses working at Phosai Hospital from January 2002 to March 2002, selected by purposive criteria. The instruments used were video symbolic models, the manual for using symbolic modeling and group discussion, and the observation check list for caring behaviors of staff nurses. The data were analyzed by mean of standard deviation and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The major findings were as follows: 1. The total caring behaviors of staff nurses after learning by using video symbolic modeling and group discussion were better than before, statistically significant at the level of .05. 2. The compassion dimension of caring behaviors before and after learning by using video symbolic modeling and group discussion was not statistically significant difference. 3. The competence dimension of caring behaviors after learning by using video symbolic modeling and group discussion were better than before, statistically significant at the level of .05. 4. The confidence dimension of caring behaviors after learning by using video symbolic modeling and group discussion were better than before, statistically significant at the level of .05. 5. The conscience dimension of caring behaviors after learning by using video symbolic modeling and group discussion could not make a conclusion that the better result effected by the treatment. 6. The commitment dimension of caring behaviors after learning by using video symbolic modeling and group discussion were better than before, statistically significant at the level of .05.
