dc.description.abstract	พื้นที่ด้านเหนือของที่ราบภาคกลางตอนล่างบริเวณจังหวัด ชัยนาท สิงห์บุรี ลพบุรี สระบุรี สุพรรณบุรี อ่างทอง และพระนครศรีอยุธยา เป็นแหล่งทรัพยากรน้ำใต้ดินที่มีศักยภาพ และมีแนวโน้มการใช้น้ำเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ โดยเฉพาะในช่วงที่ประสบภาวะแห้งแล้ง แต่ยังขาดการศึกษาพฤติกรรมการไหลของระบบน้ำใต้ดิน การจำลองสภาพการไหล และพฤติกรรมการใช้น้ำใต้ดินในพื้นที่ดังกล่าวอย่างจริงจังที่จะใช้เป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำใต้ดินให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดได้ เพื่อตอบลนองต่อปัญหาดังกล่าว การศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงรวบรวมข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่มีอยู่อย่างจำกัดในพื้นที่ศึกษา เพื่อประเมินพารามิเตอร์ต่าง ๆ ที่จำเป็นในการพัฒนาแบบจำลองการไหลของน้ำใต้ดิน โดยเฉพาะสัมประสิทธิ์การซึม ผ่านได้ของน้ำ และอัตราการสูบน้ำ เพื่อตอบสนองต่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการพัฒนาขั้นตอนการจำลองสภาพการไหลให้สอดคล้องกับลักษณะเฉพาะของข้อมูลในพื้นที่ซึ่งไม่มีบ่อสังเกตการณ์ระดับน้ำอย่างเป็นระบบ โดยใช้ข้อมูลเฉลี่ยของสถานการณ์น้ำในปี พ.ศ. 2542 เป็นพื้นฐานในการปรับแก้แบบจำลองในสภาวะการไหลแบบคงตัว ก่อนปรับแก้และสอบทานในสภาวะการไหลแบบไม่คงตัว เพื่อให้ได้แบบจำลองที่สามารถอธิบายพฤติกรรมการไหลของน้ำใต้ดินในช่วง พ.ศ. 2532-2544 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ขั้นตอนการจำลองที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถใช้จำลองสภาพได้ในระดับที่น่าพอใจ และสามารถประมาณว่าการใช้น้ำใต้ดินเพิ่มสูงขึ้นจาก 300 ล้านลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อปีในปี พ.ศ. 2532 มาเป็น 800 ล้านลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อปี โดยเฉพาะในขั้นแรกของขั้นน้ำ ในปี พ.ศ. 2542 ส่งผลให้ระดับน้ำใต้ดินขั้นบนสุดมีแนวโน้มลดลง 2-10 เมตร โดยมีพื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบมากที่สุดคือ จังหวัดสิงห์บุรีและอ่างทอง นอกจากนั้นการประยุกต์ใช้ผลจากแบบจำลองดังกล่าวในการคาดการณ์ระดับน้ำในพื้นที่ใด ๆ พบว่ามีปัจจัยสำคัญ 2 ประการคืออัตราการเติมและการสูบน้ำ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยดังกล่าวเพื่อเป็นตัวอย่างในการใช้งานแบบจำลองสำหรับงานวางแผนจัดการในภาคสนามอย่างง่าย
dc.description.abstractalternative	The Upper Part of Lower Central Plain covered Chainat Singhburi Lopburi Saraburi Suphanburi Ang Thong and Ayuthaya Provinces, is the potential groundwater sources. Though groundwater use in this area increases, there is no concrete study on the groundwater system, groundwater modeling and characteristic of groundwater use in this area, which can be used as a guideline for optimal groundwater management. To counter the stated problems, this study collected the limited information in the area to estimate parameters for groundwater modeling, i.e. hydraulic conductivity and ground water use to respond the objective of developing groundwater modeling procedure for the area under the constraint of limited observed well data and specific conditions in the study area. To calibrate the model, the water situation of the year 1999 was used to represent the steady condition, while the observed well data in the year 2000 – 2001 were used for unsteady condition. The modeling procedure developed can produce acceptable simulation results and from the model results showed that groundwater use increased from 300 million cu.m. in 1989 to 800 million cu.m. in 1999. As a result of pumpage increasing, groundwater level tended to decrease 2 – 10 m. in this recent 10 years. The most effected areas were in Singburi and AngThong Provinces. Finally, the model results were used to form an empirical relationship between groundwater level in the sample area and 2 significant factors, i. e. recharge rate and groundwater use. This simplified empirical relationship can be used for the simple estimation of groundwater level for basic planning and management in the field.
