dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับความพร้อมเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพและรับรองมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษาชองโรงเรียนเอกชน ประเภทนอกระบบโรงเรียน ที่เปิดสอนหลักสูตรวิชาชีพระยะสั้นและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดระหว่างผู้บริหารและครู โรงเรียนเอกชน ประเภทนอกระบบโรงเรียน ที่เปิดสอนหลักสูตรวิชาชีพระยะสั้นเกี่ยวกับความพร้อมในปัจจัย 7 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านปรัชญาและเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน ด้านหลักสูตรและกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ด้านบุคลากร ด้านทรัพยากรเพื่อการเรียนการสอน ด้านการจัดการ การบริหาร ด้านกิจการนักเรียน / นักศึกษา และด้านสัมฤทธิ์ผลของผู้เรียน กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนเอกชน ประเภทนอกระบบโรงเรียน ที่เปิดสอนหลักสูตรวิชาชีพระยะสั้น ทั้งส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค จำนวน 250 คน แยกเป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 125 คน และครู 125 กน จากจำนวนโรงเรียน 125 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น จำนวน 250 ชุด ได้กลับคืน จำนวน 250 ชุดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเปรียบเทียบระหว่างกลุ่ม โดยใช้ค่า t – test ผลการวิลัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนเอกชนประเภทนอกระบบโรงเรียน ที่เปิดสอนหลักสูตรวิชาชีพระยะสั้น มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความพร้อมเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพและรับรองมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษา จากปัจจัยทั้ง 7 ด้าน แต่ละด้านโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับพร้อมมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านหลักสูตรและกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ด้านกิจการนักเรียน/นักศึกษา ด้านปรัชญาและเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน ด้านสัมฤทธิ์ผลของผู้เรียน ด้านทรัพยากรเพื่อการเรียนการสอน และด้านการจัดการ การบริหาร ตามลำดับ 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู ที่มีต่อความพร้อมเพื่อการประกันคุณภาพและรับรองมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านปรัชญาและเป้าหมายของโรงเรียน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนปัจจัยด้านหลักสูตรและกระบวนการเรียนการสอน ปัจจัยด้านบุคลากร ปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรเพื่อการเรียนการสอน ปัจจัยด้านการจัดการ การบริหาร ปัจจัยด้านกิจการนักเรียน / นักคึกษา และปัจจัยด้านสัมฤทธิ์ผลของผู้เรียน มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study opinions of administrators and teachers on the readiness for educational quality assurance and standard accreditation of vocational short-courses non-formal private schools and compare opinions of administrators and teachers of non-formal private schools concerning 7 aspects of readiness namely: schools' philosophy and goal, curriculum and instructional process, personal, educational resources, management and administration, students' activities, and students' achievement. The population of this study were 125 administrators of vocational short-courses non-formal private schools and 125 teachers from total 125 private schools. The Questionnaire was constructed by the researcher. Data was analyed using percentages, median, standard deviations and t-test. Research finding were as follows : 1. Opinions of administrators and teachers on the readiness for educational quality assurance and standard accreditation in 7 aspects were ranking from highest to lowest scores : personal, curriculum and instructional process, students' activities, schools' philosophy and goal, students' achievement, educational resources, and management and administration. 2. Opinions of the administrators and teachers on the readiness for educational quality assurance and standard accreditation เท schools' philosophy and goal aspects were significant differences at .05 level. However, opinions of the administrators and teachers on the readiness for educational quality assurance and standard accreditation in curriculum and instructional process, personal, educational resources, management and administration, students' activities, and students' achievement were not significant differences at .05 level.
