dc.description.abstract	งานศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อศึกษา บริบทแวดล้อม องค์ประกอบ ลักษณะทางกายภาพ รูปแบบลักษณะกิจกรรม แนวโน้มการเปลี่ยนแปลง และบทบาทความสำคัญฃองพื้นที่ย่านตลาดและท่านํ้านนทบุรีซึ่ง เป็นพื้นที่ที่มีเอกลักษณ์และบทบาทสำคัญของจังหวัดนนทบุรี เพี่อกำหนดแนวทางและเสนอรูปแบบในการปรับปรุง โดยใช้หลักการออกแบบชุมชนเมือง จากการศึกษาพบว่า แนวโน้มในอนาคตของพื้นที่ย่านตลาดและท่านํ้านนทบุรี น่าจะมีบทบาทเป็นย่าน พาณิชยกรรมหลักของชุมชน มีศักยภาพที่จะเพิ่มบทบาทของการเป็นย่านพักอาศัย ซึ่งคาดว่าในอนาคตจะมีความ ต้องการมากขึ้น อีกทั้งจะยังคงเป็นศูนย์กลางการเปลี่ยนถ่ายระบบคมนาคมทางบกและทางนํ้าในระคับเมือง การ พัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็วของจังหวัดนนทบุรีทำให้พื้นที่บริเวณตลาดและท่านํ้านนทบุรีเกิดปัญหา ได้แก่ อาคารมีสภาพ เสื่อมโทรม กิจกรรมแออัด ขาดความต่อเนื่องของระบบทางสัญจร ปัญหาภูมิทัศน์ และขาดประสิทธิภาพของการ ใช้ที่ดิน การวางกรอบในการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ย่าพลาดและท่านํ้านนทบุรีได้นำผลการศึกษา วิเคราะห์สภาพปัจจุบัน นโยบาย และความต้องการพื้นที่ในการรองรับกิจกรรมต่างๆที่จะเพิ่มขึ้น โดยมีแนวความคิดหลักให้ปรับเปลี่ยนกิจกรรม พื้นที่ใช้สอยของตลาดสดให้เป็นศูนย์กลางพาณิชยกรรมของชุมชน และเป็นศูนย์กลางในการให้บริการแก่ชุมซนโดยรอบ จัดระบบโครงข่ายการสัญจรทุกระบบในพื้นที่ให้สอดคล้องต่อเนื่องกัน และสร้างภูมิทัศน์ที่ดีให้กับเมือง จากแนวคิด ดังกล่าว สามารถเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงได้หลายแนวทาง การศึกษานี้ได้นำเสนอรูปแบบของการออกแบบเพี่อแก้ปัญหาในเบื้องต้น และเป็นแนวทางที่น่าจะเป็นไปได้มากที่สุดโดยมุ่งเน้นการปรับปรุงในภาพรวม การปรับปรุง ครั้งนี้เสนอให้มีการรื้อถอนอาคารตลาดสด ตึกแถวข้างเคียง และปรับเป็นย่านพาณิชยกรรมที่มีความลมบูรณ์ขึ้น โดยรวมกิจกรรมเก่าและเพิ่มกิจกรรมใหม่ เน้นศูนย์การค้าแบบร้านค้าปลีกเป็นหลัก จัดระบบทางสัญจรและจุดพัก รถสาธารณะใหม่ ให้ความสำคัญกับทางเดินเท้าโดยกำหนดให้มีทางเดินเท้าในระดับชั้น 2 บนถนนประซาราษฎร์ เพี่อเป็นทางเดินหลัก เชื่อมย่านตลาดกับพื้นที่โล่งรีมแม่นํ้าเจ้าพระยาที่ใช้เป็นท่าเรือ และใช้เป็นพื้นที่นันทนาการของ คนในชุมชน ซึ่งลอดคล้องกับนโยบายภาครัฐที่จะปรับปรุงพื้นที่ที่เป็นศูนย์กลางเดิมให้มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่ดีขึ้น และ ให้เป็นจุดส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญต่อไป
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objectives of this research are to study the environment, elements, physical characteristic, activities pattern, changing trend, and the important role of Nonthaburi markets and pier area which are symbols and landmarks of Nonthaburi province. This study is performed in order to create the concept and provide the instruction to improve the areas by urban design principles. The finding of the study was Nonthaburi markets and pier area would have the important roles for communities' business and the housing in the future. Moreover the areas would be more crowded and they would be the center of land and water transportation in town. The development of Nonthaburi province would grow very fast which could cause the several problems such as the unreserved building, crowded activities, and lack of the flowing paths, scenery, and ineffectively land usages. The scopes of the improvement in Nonthaburi markets and pier area are the results of the research which include the present circumstances and activities in the areas. The concept involves with changing the new activities in the fresh market areas into the communities' business areas and public services throughout the areas in order to crate the new scenery. From this concept, there are many ways to improve the areas. The most possibility to improve the area is to tear down the fresh market building and the commercial building along the side and rebuild the new business building that will be able to serve old and new activities and provide more walk ways and public transportation services throughout the whole area and along the Port of Chao Priya River for the communities. The walk ways would be created as two stories on Pracharad Road which would be connected with the whole area. This concept will improve the whole scenery for the city and encourage visitors to come and visit the area which also integrate with the government policy to improve the whole area as the center of tourism in the future.
