dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ สำรวจความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารงาน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะ และนักวิชาการศิลปศึกษา เกี่ยวกับบทบาททางการศึกษาของพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะในประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรแบบเจาะจง คือ ผู้บริหารงานจำนวน 64 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะจำนวน 30 คน และนักวิชาการศิลปศึกษาจำนวน 26 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบลอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากรมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาททางการศึกษาของพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะในประเทศไทยสอดคล้องกันในระดับมากในเรื่อง (1) หลักการของพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะ (2) นโยบายทางการศึกษาฃองพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะ (3) แผนปฏิบัติการของพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะ (4) บทบาททางการศึกษาที่คาดหวังของพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะ ซึ่งประกอบ ด้วยการให้ความรู้ทางสุนทรียศาสตร์และการชื่นชมงานศิลปะ,การให้ความรู้ทางประวัติศาสตร์ศิลปะ, การให้ความรู้เชิงสหวิทยาการและมานุษยวิทยา,การให้ความรู้เชิงสังคม และมีความคิดเห็นโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งว่าพิพิธภัณฑ์ศิลปะในประเทศไทย ควรมีบทบาทมากที่สุด ในการเป็นแหล่งที่มีงานศิลปะที่มีคุณค่าถือเป็นศูนย์กลางแหล่งการศึกษาอย่างผสมผสานความรู้ คุณค่าทางประวัติศาสตร์ ความงามทางสุนทรีย์ และความชื่นชมงานศิลปะ,การรู้หลักและวิธีจัดเก็บละสมงานศิลปะ, การส่งเสริมคุณค่าทางสุนทรีย์และสร้างพื้นฐานความรู้ทางศิลปะ และการให้ความรู้เชิงประวัติศาสตร์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิถีชีวิต สังคม สภาพแวดล้อม คติความเชื่อ วัฒนธรรม ประเพณีและอิทธิพลของลัทธิต่างๆ โดยผ่านงานศิลปะ
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the opinion of administrators and experts in art museum and art educators concerning education roles of art museum in Thailand. The Purposive Sampling of the study were 64 administrators, 30 experts เท art museum and 26 art educators. The questionnaires were analyzed by using percentage, arithmetic means and standard deviations. The finding were found that the opinions of administrators and experts in art museum and art educators concerning education roles of art museum in Thailand should concern in the following way : 1) Principle of art museum 2) Educational policy of art museum 3) Action plan of art museum 4) Expectation of education roles that consist of the aesthetics and art appreciation, the art-historical, the interdisciplinary and humanities, social education. And then, They had the opinion especially for art museum in Thailand is a source of knowledge that should be the center of art historical value, the aesthetics and art appreciation, the principle and the method of art collecting, and the art-historical that is influenced to social, environment, belief and culture.
