dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานลานกีฬาในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถาม 861 ฉบับ ให้กับคณะกรรมการบริหารลานกีฬา อาสาสมัครลานกีฬาและผู้ใช้บริการลานกีฬา ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา 605 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.26 นำข้อมูลที่ได้มา วิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-Way Analysis of Variance) และทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ (Scheffe ‘ s test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.สภาพการดำเนินงานลานกีฬาในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครโดยรวมของกลุ่มคณะกรรมการบริหารลานกีฬาอยู่ในระดับควรปรับปรุง โดยด้านบุคลากร มีสภาพการดำเนินงานที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ด้านสถานที่อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการวางแผน และด้านการประสานงาน มีสภาพการดำเนินงานอยู่ในอุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการวางแผน และด้านการประสานงาน มีสภาพการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับที่ควรปรับปรุง ส่วนด้านงบประมาณ ด้านการจัดองค์กร ด้านการรายงานผล ด้านการสนับสนุน และด้านการอำนวยการ มีสภาพการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับที่ควรปรับปรุงอย่างยิ่ง 2.ปัญหาการดำเนินงานลานกีฬาในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครโดยรวมของกลุ่มคณะกรรมการบริหารลานกีฬามีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย โดยด้านงบประมาณ และด้านการสนับสนุน มีปัญหาในระดับมากนอกนั้นอยู่ในระดับน้อย กลุ่มอาสาสมัครลานกีฬาโดยรวมมีปัญหาในระดับน้อย แต่ด้านงบประมาณ มีปัญหาในระดับมาก นอกนั้นมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย กลุ่มผู้ใช้บริการลานกีฬาโดยรวมและรายด้านมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย 3.การเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการดำเนินงานลานกีฬาในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ด้านบุคลากร ด้านสถานที่อุปกรณ์ และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านประสานงาน ของคณะกรรมการบริหารลานกีฬา อาสาสมัครลานกีฬา และผู้ใช้บริการลานกีฬา โดยรวมไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่เมื่อทดสอบเป็นรายข้อ พบว่า ยังมีปัญหาบางปัญหาที่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 คือ ขาดผู้นำเยาวชนด้านกีฬาประจำลานกีฬา สถานที่เล่นกีฬาหาได้ลำบาก ขาดการจัดเก็บอุปกรณ์ที่เป็นระบบ ขาดการประสานงานระหว่างสำนักงานเขตกับหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบด้านกีฬา และขาดความร่วมมือจากภาคเอกชนในการดำเนินงาด้านกีฬา	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this research were to study the state and problems of sport playground in Bangkok Metropolis. Eight hundred and sixty one questionnaires were sent to committee of the sport playground board of administration, volunteer works of sport playground and the people who utilized the service of sport playground. Six hundred and five questionnaires, accounted for 70.26 percent, were returned. The obtained data were analyzed in term of percentages. One Way ANOVA was used to test the significant differences at the .05 level and the scheffe method was then employed to determine the significant differences between means. The results were as follow : 1.Generally, the state of organizing sport playground in Bangkok Metropolis by the sport playground board of administration as a whole should deserve to be adjusted. Only the area of personnel was regarded as the moderate level where as the areas of places, facilities, planning and coordinating were regarded as the areas that should deserve to be adjusted and the areas of budgeting, organizing, reporting, supporting and directing were regarded as the areas that should deserve to be adjusted the most. 2. Generally, the problems of organizing sport playground in Bangkok Metropolis by the sport playground board of administration, volunteer work and those who utilized the reserve of the sport playground as a whole were at the low level except the problems of budgeting and supporting of sport playground were at the high level. 3. By comparing the problems of organizing the sport playground in Bangkok Metropolis, it was found that as a whole there were no significant differences in the areas of personnel, places, facilities and coordinating among the sport playground board of administration, volunteer work of sport playground and the people who utilized the service of sport playground except that there were some significant differences at the .05 level เท the areas of lacking of the youth leader, insufficient numbers of sport playground, lacking of systematic equipment’s store, lacking of coordination between the district office and the various sport organizations and lacking of support from the private sector.	en_US
