dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษา เกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแช่งขันกีฬาภายในโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษา จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยใช้แบบสอบถามส่งไปยังผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษา ในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 514 ชุด แบ่งเป็นของผู้บริหาร 257 ชุด และของครูพลศึกษา 257 ชุด ในส่วนของครูพลศึกษา แบ่งออกเป็นของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ 58 ชุด ครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก 199 ชุด ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนมา 482 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 93.77 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างของความคิดเห็น โดยใช้ค่าที (t-test) แล้วนำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาภายในโรงเรียนระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานการประถมศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม ผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาเน้นวัตถุประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ในข้อที่ว่า เพื่อให้นักเรียนเป็นผู้มีน้ำใจนักกีฬา ให้เกิดความสามัคคีในหมู่คณะ ให้มีนิสัยรักการเล่นกีฬาและการออกกำลังกาย ให้เป็นผู้เล่นและผู้ดูกีฬาที่ดี และส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีพลานามัยสมบูรณ์ ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาภายในโรงเรียน ผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาเห็นว่า มีปัญหาน้อยทุกปัญหา ยกเว้นความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาภายในโรงเรียน ด้านงบประมาณ ข้อที่ว่างบประมาณในการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาภายในโรงเรียนมีน้อยเกินไป ผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษาเห็นว่ามีปัญหามาก ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูพลศึกษา และความคิดเห็นของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่และครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก เกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาภายในโรงเรียน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ยกเว้นความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการจัดและดำเนินการแข่งขันกีฬาภายในโรงเรียน ด้านสถานที่ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องอำนวยความสะดวก ความคิดเห็นของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่และความคิดเห็นของครูพลศึกษาในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this study were to investigate and compare the opinions of administrators and physical education teachers concerning problems in organizing and conducting intramural programs in the elementary schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Nakhon Pathom Provincial Primary Education. Questionnaires were constructed and sent as follow : 257 to administrators, 58 to physical education teachers in large elementary schools and 199 to physical education teachers in small elementary schools. Four hundred and eighty - two questionnaires or 93.77 percent were returned. The data were then analyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations. The t - test was also employed to determine the level of significant difference. It was found that the purpose of the organizing intramural programs in the elementary schools under the Jurisdiction of the office of Nakhon Pathom Provincial Primary Education was; sportsmanship, group solidarity and physical, mental, emotional and social well-being. It was also found that both opinions of administrators and physical education teachers concerning problems in organizing and conducting intramural programs were in low encountered, except the problems of insufficient financial support. There was no significant difference on the most encountered problems between the administrators and the physical education teachers at .05 level. Also there was no significant difference between opinions of physical education teachers in large elementary schools and in small ones at .05 level, except the problems of areas, equipments and facilities.
