dc.description.abstract	วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของศึกษาธิการอำเภอและหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ 2. เพื่อเปรียบเทียบขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของศึกษาธิการอำเภอและหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สมมุติฐานในการวิจัย ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของศึกษาธิการอำเภอและหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ เกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบทั้ง 10 ประการ แตกต่างกัน วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย ตัวอย่างประชากรได้แก่ศึกษาธิการอำเภอและหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 17 จังหวัด 203 อำเภอ และ 36 กิ่งอำเภอ ซึ่งสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีแบ่งกลุ่ม (cluster sampling) เป็นรายจังหวัดทุกจังหวัด แล้วจึงใช้วิธีสุ่มอย่างง่าย (simple random sampling) เป็นรายอำเภอและกิ่งอำเภอ ได้จำนวนตัวอย่างประชากรฝ่ายละ 150 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 300 คน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ผู้วิจัยได้ส่งแบบสอบถามซึ่งเป็นแบบกำหนดคำตอบ (check-list) และแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (rating scale) จำนวน 57 ข้อ ไปให้ศึกษาธิการอำเภอและหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอที่เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างประชากร ดำเนินการตอบแล้วส่งกลับคืนให้ผู้วิจัย จำนวนแบบสอบถามที่ได้รับคืน 282 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 94.00 สำหรับค่าสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนการทดสอบสมมุติฐานใช้การทดสอบค่าที (t - test) สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของศึกษาธิการอำเภอและหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ อยู่ในระดับสูง 2. องค์ประกอบเกี่ยวกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของศึกษาธิการอำเภอที่มีขวัญอยู่ในระดับต่ำ ได้แก่ ด้านเงินเดือนและผลประโยชน์เกื้อกูล ส่วนองค์ประกอบเกี่ยวกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ที่มีขวัญอยู่ในระดับสูงที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านลักษณะของงาน สำหรับองค์ประกอบอื่น ๆ นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองฝ่ายมีขวัญอยู่ในระดับสูง 3. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานระหว่างศึกษาธิการอำเภอและหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ ปรากฏผลดังนี้ 3.1 ศึกษาธิการอำเภอและหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอมีขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ด้านลักษณะของงาน ด้านสภาพการปฏิบัติงาน และด้านความมั่นคงของงาน 3.2 ขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของศึกษาธิการอำเภอและหัวหน้าการประถมศึกษาอำเภอ โดยส่วนรวมทั่วไปแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	Purposes: 1. To study the morale of the District Education Officers and the Chiefs of District Elementary Education. 2. To compare the morale of the District Education Officers and the Chiefs of District Elementary Education. Hypotheses: The morale of the District Education Officers and the Chiefs of District Elementary Education concerning 10 factors are different. Procedures: The sample used in the study were 150 District Education Officers and 150 Chiefs of District Elementary Education from 203 districts and 36 sub-districts in 17 provinces of the northeastern region selected by cluster sampling and simple random sampling. The data were collected from a questionnaire concerning the morale level of the District Education Officers and the Chiefs of District Elementary Education. A total of 282 questionnaires out of 300 copies were returned or 94.00 percent were analyzed. The statistical methods used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. Finding: The results of the study were summerized as follows: l. The morale of the District Education Officers and the Chiefs of District Elementary Education in the northeastern region was found at a high level. 2. The factor which affect the morale of the District Education Officer8 at a low level is the salary and collaterial benefits. The factor which affect the morale of the Chiefs of District Elementary Education at a highest level is the work itself. The other factors are affect the morale of the both at a high level. 3. When the morale of the District Education Officers and the Chiefs of District Elementary Education are compared, the results are as follows: 3.1 The morale of the District Education Officers and the Chiefs of District Elementary Education are significantly different at the .05 level for 3 factors : the work itself, working condition and security. The other factors are not significantly different. 3.2 The morale of the District Education Officers and the Chiefs of District Elementary Education in general are significantly different at the .05 level.
