dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการเสริมสร้างการสื่อสารแบบสอดคล้อง ของกลุ่มครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็ก ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยมีสมมติฐานการวิจัย 2 ประการคือ 1. หลังการทดลอง กลุ่มครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็กที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาการสื่อสาร จะมีคะแนนการสื่อสารแบบสอดคล้องสูงกว่ากลุ่มครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็ก ที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาการสื่อสาร 2. หลังการทดลอง กลุ่มครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็กที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาการสื่อสาร จะมีคะแนนการสื่อสารแบบสอดคล้องสูงกว่าก่อนการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม รูปแบบการวิจัยมีกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม มีการทดสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลอง และติดตามผลหลังการทดลอง 3 สัปดาห์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก เขตราชเทวีจำนวน 19 คน ที่มีความสมัครใจเข้าร่วมการทดลองโดยแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มทดลอง 9 คน และกลุ่มควบคุม 10 คน ตามความสะดวกของการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาการสื่อสารของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง กลุ่มทดลองได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาการสื่อสารเป็นเวลาทั้งสิ้น 4 ครั้ง โดยแบ่งเป็น 8 ช่วง (session) จำนวนชั่วโมงรวมประมาณ 15 ชั่วโมง โดยผู้วิจัยเป็นผู้นำการฝึกสำหรับกลุ่มควบคุม ผู้วิจัยไม่ได้จัดให้มีกิจกรรมใดๆ ในช่วงที่กลุ่มทดลองเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ แบบวัดการสื่อสารที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการสื่อสารแบบสอดคล้อง ด้วยวิธีการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. หลังการทดลอง ครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็กที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาการสื่อสาร มีคะแนนการสื่อสารแบบสอดคล้องสูงกว่าครูพี่เลี้ยงที่ไม่ได้เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาการสื่อสาร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 2. หลังการทดลอง ครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็กที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาการสื่อสาร มีคะแนนการสื่อสารแบบสอดคล้องสูงกว่าก่อนการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาการสื่อสาร อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 3. ในระยะติดตามผล 3 สัปดาห์ ครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็กที่เข้าร่วมโปรแกรมพัฒนาการสื่อสาร มีคะแนนการสื่อสารแบบสอดคล้องไม่แตกต่างจากระยะหลังการทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the effect of a program to enhance congruent communication of child care center teachers. The hypotheses were that the posttest scores on congruent communication of the experimental group would be higher than the posttest scores of the control group and that the posttest scores on congruent communication of the experimental group would be higher than its pretest scores. The research design was the pretest posttest control group design. The sample included 19 child care center teachers from 4 child care centers in Rajthewee district, Bangkok who volunteered to participate. The child care center teachers were then assigned to an experimental group of 9 persons, and a control group of 10 persons, on the basis of their preference and availability to attend the program. The experimental group participated in the enhancement of congruent communication program, trained by the researcher for a total of 8 sessions over a period of 15 hours during 3 weeks. The control group was not given any treatment during the experiment. The instrument used in this study was the Communication Scale constructed by the researcher. The t-test was utilized for data analysis. The results are as follow: 1. The posttest scores on congruent communication of the experimental group are higher than the posttest scores of the control group at the .001 level of significance. 2. The posttest scores on congruent communication of the experimental group are higher than its posttest scores at the .001 level of significance. 3. The follow-up scores (3 weeks post-program) on congruent communication of the experimental group does not yield significant difference when compared to the posttest scores.	en
