dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลังการศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการควบคุมความโกรธและความก้าวร้าว กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีประวัติพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว จำนวน 20 ราย ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติที่กำหนด จากแผนกผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลจิตเวชสระแก้วราชนครินทร์เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ โปรแกรมการควบคุมความโกรธและความก้าวร้าว แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว และแบบวัดการแสดงความโกรธ โดยเครื่องมือทั้ง 3 ชุด ได้ผ่านตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนี้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว มีค่าความเที่ยง โดยสูตรคูเดอร์ ริชาร์ดสัน(KR -20) เท่ากับ .86 และแบบวัดการแสดงความโกรธ มีค่าความเที่ยง สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ สถิติทดสอบที(Paired t-test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ พฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท หลังได้รับโปรแกรมการควบคุมความโกรธและความก้าวร้าวลดลงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมควบคุมโกรธและความก้าวร้าว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purposes of this one group pretest-posttest independent study was to compare mean scores of aggressive behaviors of patients with schizophrenia before and after the utilization of anger and aggressive control program. Study sample 20 schizophrenic patients who had a history of aggressive behavior and met the inclusion criteria were recruifed from in-patient unit, Sakaeorachanakarindra psychiatric hospital. The instruments consisted of anger and aggressive control program, aggressive behavior scale and anger scale. These instruments were validated for content validity by three experts. Kuder Richards (KR-20) on coefficient reliability of aggressive behavior scale was .86 and Cronbach Alpha coefficient reliability of anger scale was .87. The stud data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and paired t-test. Major findings were as follows: Aggressive behaviors of schizophrenic patients after using the anger and aggressive control program were lower than that before using such program, at p .05 level.
