dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการดำเนินโครงการศึกษาอิสระ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาระ การดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเกทในชุมชนโรงพยาบาลอรัญประเทศจังหวัดสระแก้ว ก่อนและหลัง การใช้โปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน ซึ่ง ได้รับการตัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การศึกษาคือ โปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวซึ่งได้ปรับปรุงมาจากจิราพร รักการ(2549) ตาม แนวคิดของ Anderson. Hogarty & Reiss (1980) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบ บรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบวัดภาระ การดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ซึ่งเครื่องมือทุกชุดใส้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตาม เนื้อหาโดย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน คำความเที่ยงของแบบทดสอบความรู้ผู้ดูแลและสมาชิกในครอบครัวมี ค่า KR-20 เท่ากับ .80 และแบบวัดภาระการดูแลมีตำความเที่ยงส้มประสิทธิ์อัลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ .82 ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและร้อยละ และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของภาระ การดูแลก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (Dependent t-test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าค่าคะแนนภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแลทั้งโดยรวม และ ราย ค้าน คือ ภาระเชิง ปรนัยและเชิงอัตนัย หลังการได้รับโปรแก่ แกรมการสอนสุขภาพจิตศึกษา ครอบครัวต่ำกว่าก่อนการได้รับโปรแกรมการสอนสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .05
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this independent study was to compare caregiving burden of caregivers , schizophrenic patients. in the community, Aranyaprathed Hospital,Sakaeo Province, before and after the utilization of family psychoeducation program. A purposive sample of 20 caregivers of schizophrenic patients in community, who met the inclusion criteria were recruited. The instrument utilized in this study was a family psychoeducation program which was developed by Jiraporn Rakkam (2549) Anderson,Hogarty & Reiss psychoeducation concept (1980).Data were collected using the caregivers burden instrument. All instruments were examined for content validity by 3 experts. The reliability of the knowledge -test of caregiver was reported using KR-20 as .80, and the reliability of the burden scale was reported using Chronbach's Aipha coefficient as .82. Frequency, mean, standard deviation and dependent t-test were used for data analysis. Major findings were as follows: The total score as well as objective and subjective domain of caregiving burden of caregivers of schizophrenic patients after using the family psychoeducation program was significant lower than that before at p .05.
