dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการคำเนินโครงการศึกษาอิสระ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาระในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ในชุมชน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว เป็นการศึกษาแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดผลก่อนและหลังการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครนายก ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ โปรแกรมการสอนสุขภาพจิตครอบครัว ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบวัดภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของตรอนบาค เท่ากับ .89 เครื่องมือกำกับการศึกษาคือ แบบทดสอบความรู้ของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท ซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงของคูเดอร์ริชาร์ดสัน 20 เท่ากับ .95 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบภาระการดูแลก่อนและหลังดำเนินโครงการศึกษาอิสระโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (Dependent t-test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ ค่าคะแนนภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน ทั้งโดยรวม และรายด้านคือ ภาระเชิงปรนัยและเชิงอัตนัย หลังการใช้โปรแกรมการสอนสุขภาพจิตครอบครัวต่ำกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรมการสอนสุขภาพจิตครอบครัว อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ( 1-17.12, 11.66 และ 16.13 ตามลำดับ)
dc.description.abstractalternative	The objective of this independent project study was to compare caregivers' burden of schizophrenic patients in community before and after the utilization of family psychoeducation program. A sample of 20 caregivers of schizophrenic patients who met the inclusion criteria were recruited from the Muang District, Nakomnayok province. The instrument utilized in this study was a family psychoeducation program. The caregiver's burden instrument measured by was used before and one week after intervention. All instruments were examined for content validity by 3 professional experts. Schizophrenic caregiving burden scale with Chronbach Alpha coefficient reliability of .89 was used as a data collection instrument. The self - test about knowledge of caregivers with KR - 20 reliability of .95 was used as a monitoring instrument. Descriptive statistics utilized in this study were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Dependent t- test was used to compare pretest and posttest burden scores Major findings were as follows: The total score as well as objective and subjective domain of caregiving burden of schizophrenic patients' caregivers after using the family psychoeducation program was significantly lower than that before at p.05 level (t= 16.12, 11.66 and 16.13, respectively).
