dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยเรื่อง “แผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า” เป็นการวิจัยเชิงอนาคต (Future Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยคือ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิด 2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการ 3) เพื่อพัฒนาแผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารและคณาจารย์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์สาระ และสถิติขั้นพื้นฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. กรอบแนวคิดการจัดทำแผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ได้แก่ มหาวิทยาลัยมีองค์ความรู้ การสร้างนวัตกรรม การจัดลำดับในการพัฒนาเป็น Time Series การทำวิจัยที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของประเทศ การเตรียมความพร้อมให้กับบัณฑิต เพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้จริง การเน้น Community Engagement การให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนานวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยี 2. ผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการความจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ประกอบด้วย 6 ประเด็นคือ ประเด็นที่ 1 การสร้างองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของคณาจารย์และหรือนิสิตนักศึกษา ประเด็นที่ 2 การนำองค์ความรู้และนวัตกรรมด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของคณาจารย์และหรือนิสิตนักศึกษาไปรับใช้สังคม ประเด็นที่ 3 ความต้องการงานวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษา ประเด็นที่ 4 แผนที่ นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า ประเด็นที่ 5 กรอบแนวทางที่แสดงทิศทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ในทศวรรษหน้า ประเด็นที่ 6 กรอบแนวคิดการจัดทำแผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้า 3. ผลการพัฒนาแผนที่นำทางการวิจัยและบริการวิชาการด้านสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในทศวรรษหน้าในแบบระยะยาวและระยะสั้น ที่มุ่งเน้น “Crucial Support, Need and Radical Direction to Future” เป็นการสนับสนุนและตอบสนองความต้องการที่สำคัญ และการกำหนดทิศทางที่ชัดเจนเพื่อมุ่งสู่อนาคต	en_US

The results of analysis of needs for Roadmap of Research and Academic Services in Social Sciences and Humanities of Higher Education Institutions in the Next Decade consisted of 6 issues, namely: 1) The creation of knowledge and innovation in the social sciences and humanities of faculty and / or students. 2) Application of knowledge and innovation in social sciences and humanities of faculty and / or students to serve society. 3) Need for research and academic services in social sciences and humanities of higher education institutions. 4) A guide map for research and academic services in social sciences and humanities of higher education institutions in the next decade. 5) Guidance framework showing direction of research and academic service in social sciences and humanities in the next decade. 6) Conceptual framework for mapping research and academic services in social sciences and humanities higher education institutions in the next decade. 3. The development of long-term and short-term roadmap of research and academic services in the social sciences and humanities of higher education institutions in the next decade, focusing on “Crucial Support, Need and Radical Direction to Future”, is to support and respond to the demand and also important and setting a clear direction for the future.	en_US
