dc.description.abstract	การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะทางจริยธรรม (Moral Characteristics) ของวัยรุ่นตอนปลายที่มีพฤติกรรมอาสาช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น (Volunteer Behaviors) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนิสิตนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับปริญญาตรี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และมหาวิทยาราชภัฎสวนดุสิต จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 150 คน แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มวัยรุ่นที่มีพฤติกรรมอาสาช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นและกลุ่มวัยรุ่นที่ไม่มีพฤติกรรมอาสาช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น จำนวนกลุ่มละ 75 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามซึ่งประกอบด้วย แบบสำรวจภูมิหลังของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ข้อคำถามเกี่ยวกับเหตุผลของการเป็นอาสาสมัครช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น และมาตรวัดลักษณะทางจริยธรรม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์จำแนกกลุ่ม (Discriminant Analysis) แบบขั้นตอน (Stepwise) โดยใช้สถิติ Wilks' Lambda เป็นเกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือกตัวแปรเข้าสมการจำแนกกลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ลักษณะทางจริยธรรมที่มีศักยภาพในการพยากรณ์แนวโน้มหรือโอกาสที่จะเกิดพฤติกรรมอาสาช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นหรือไม่เกิดพฤติกรรมอาสาช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น คือ ความเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่และการเสียสละ ซึ่งสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนของการมีพฤติกรรมอาสาช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นได้ร้อยละ 15.9 และมีประสิทธิภาพในการพยากรณ์โอกาสที่จะเกิดพฤติกรรมอาสาช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น และไม่เกิดพฤติกรรมอาสาช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นร้อยละ 68.7	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The purpose of this research was to study the moral characteristics of late adolescents with volunteer behaviors. The samples were 150 graduate students in Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University, and Suan Dusit Rajabhat University. The samples included two groups: 75 students with volunteer behaviors and 75 students with non-volunteer behaviors. The research instruments were the personal data questionnaire, the reasons of volunteering survey form, and the moral characteristics inventory. Discriminant Analysis with Stepwise Method analyzed data. Wilks' Lambda was used as the entry criterion. The data revealed that altruistic and devoting behaviors were able to account for 15.9 percent of the variance of group membership between late adolescents with volunteer behaviors and late adolescents with non-volunteer behaviors. In addition, the percentage of effectiveness in predicting group membership of late adolescents with volunteer behaviors and late adolescents with non-volunteer behaviors was 68.7.	en
