Abstract:
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบผลของการฝึกด้วยแรงต้านแบบแบ่งเซตย่อยและแบบดั้งเดิมที่มีต่อการทำงานของกล้ามเนื้อและการทรงตัวในผู้สูงอายุ
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มีสุขภาพแข็งแรง อายุเฉลี่ย 62.64±2.46 ปี จำนวน 29 คน แบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มฝึกด้วยแรงต้านแบบดั้งเดิม จำนวน 14 คน (ชาย 2 คน) และกลุ่มฝึกด้วยแรงต้านแบบแบ่งเซตย่อย จำนวน 15 คน (ชาย 2 คน) โดยแบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น แบ่งตามอายุ เพศ และการทดสอบ ยืน-นั่ง บนเก้าอี้ 30 วินาที ทั้งสองกลุ่มทำการฝึก 2 วันต่อสัปดาห์ เป็นระยะเวลา 12 สัปดาห์ โดยกลุ่มฝึกด้วยแรงต้านแบบดั้งเดิม ฝึกที่ความหนักร้อยละ 50 ถึง 80 ของความแข็งแรงสูงสุด จำนวนครั้ง : 10 ถึง 14 ครั้ง จำนวนเซต : 3 เซต และพักระหว่างเซต : 120 วินาที กลุ่มฝึกด้วยแรงต้านแบบแบ่งเซตย่อย ฝึกที่ความหนักร้อยละ 50 ถึง 80 ของความแข็งแรงสูงสุด จำนวนครั้ง : 14 (7, 7), 12 (6, 6), 10 (5, 5) ครั้ง จำนวนเซต : 3 เซต พักระหว่างการออกแรง : 20 วินาที และพักระหว่างเซตการฝึก : 100 วินาที ก่อนและหลังการฝึก 12 สัปดาห์ ทำการทดสอบตัวแปรทางสรีรวิทยา องค์ประกอบของร่างกาย ความแข็งแรงและความทนทานของกล้ามเนื้อ ความสามารถในการทรงตัวทั้งขณะอยู่นิ่งและขณะเคลื่อนไหว นำผลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติโดยใช้โปรแกรม SPSS version 22 และทดสอบการกระจายตัวโดยใช้ The Shapiro-wilk และ Levene’s test ตามลำดับ โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างภายในกลุ่มด้วย และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยหลังการทดลองระหว่างกลุ่มด้วย กำหนดระดับความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.05
ผลการวิจัย หลังการฝึก 12 สัปดาห์ กลุ่มฝึกด้วยแรงต้านแบบดั้งเดิมและกลุ่มฝึกด้วยแรงต้านแบบแบ่งเซตย่อยมีแรงเหยียดขาและงอขา แรงเหยียดแขนและงอแขน แรงเหยียดตัวและงอตัว จำนวนครั้งในการงอแขนยกน้ำหนัก 30 วินาที ยืน- นั่ง บนเก้าอี้ 30 วินาที จำนวนครั้งในการงอแขนนอนหงายยกลำตัว 60 วินาที การทรงตัวขณะหยุดนิ่งเพิ่มขึ้นทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม และมีเวลาในการยืนเดินนั่ง ไป-กลับลดลงทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05
สรุปผลการวิจัย โปรแกรมการฝึกด้วยแรงต้านแบบแบ่งเซตย่อย สามารถพัฒนาความแข็งแรงทนทานของกล้ามเนื้อ การทรงตัวขณะหยุดนิ่ง และขณะเคลื่อนไหว ในผู้สูงอายุได้ เช่นเดียวกับการฝึกด้วยแรงต้านแบบดั้งเดิม โดยไม่เกิดการล้าจนเกินไปและลดการบาดเจ็บขณะออกกำลังกายในผู้สูงอายุ
