dc.description.abstract	โรคสะเก็ดเงินเป็นโรคผิวหนังที่พบได้บ่อย ลักษณะอาการทางคลินิกโดยทั่วไป คือคนไข้จะมีผื่นนูนหนาสีแดงมีขอบเขตชัดเจนและปกคลุมด้วยสะเก็ดสีเงิน ซึ่งปัจจุบันจัดเป็นโรคที่มีความสำคัญทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขของประเทศไทย ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับไมโครอาร์เอนเอในชิ้นเนื้อของผู้ป่วยโรคสะเก็ดเงินก่อนและหลังรักษา เทียบกับคนปกติ โดยวิธี quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction โดบพบว่า มีไมโครอาร์เอนเอหลายชนิดที่มีการแสดงออกผิดปกติในผิวหนังของคนไข้โรคสะเก็ดเงินเมื่อเทียบกับคนปกติ และเป็นที่น่าสนใจว่า ไมโครอาร์เอนเอหลายชนิดมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงในชิ้นเนื้อของคนไข้โรคสะเก็ดเงินที่ได้รับการรักษาโดยการฉายแสง ดังนั้น ควรมีการเลือกไมโครอาร์เอ็นเอที่น่าสนใจมาศึกษาเพิ่มเติมในรายละเอียดของหน้าที่ของไมโครอาร์เอ็นเอ	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	Psoriasis is a common, chronic skin disease. The skin usually displays as raised, well-demarcated, erythematous oval plaques with adherent silvery scales. Currently, this disease is an importance in public health in Thailand. The objective of this study is to study the micro RNA expression levels between before and after treatment compared with healthy people using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction. The results demonstrated that some micro RNAs were changed the expression pattern in the psoriatic patients compared with heathy. Interestingly, several micro RNAs were changed the expression levels after treatment with NB-UVB. Therefore, the interested micro RNA should be selected to study the functions that relate to the psoriasis.	en_US
