dc.description.abstract	จากวิกฤติการขนส่งสินค้าทางเรือที่เกิดขึ้นทั่วโลกในปัจจุบันภายหลังจากการแพร่ ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด 19 ทำให้ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขนส่งสินค้าทั้งหมดล่าช้า และค่าระวางเรือที่สูงขึ้น ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบให้การขนส่งสินค้าล่าช้าและต้นทุนการขนส่งเพิ่มมากขึ้น ทำให้บริษัทกรณีศึกษาสนใจการขนส่งทางบก เนื่องจากมีความรวดเร็ว ตารางการเดินรถที่ยืดหยุ่นกว่าการขนส่งทางเรือที่ทางบริษัทใช้ในการขนส่งปัจจุบัน เพื่อช่วยให้บริษัทมีทางเลือกในการขนส่งเครื่องสำอางที่มีประสิทธิภาพและใช้ระยะเวลาในการนำเข้าสินค้าประเภทเครื่องสำอางจากศูนย์กระจายสินค้าของบริษัทที่ประเทศสิงคโปร์ สั้นลงกว่าปัจจุบันและส่งมอบสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าในประเทศไทยได้ตรงตามแผนที่วางไว้ งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการนำเข้าเครื่องสำอางทางบกจากประเทศสิงคโปร์ด้วยวิธีการขนส่งที่มีประสิทธิภาพและศึกษาเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลการขนส่งในมิติด้านเวลา และ ต้นทุนกับการขนส่งทางเรือที่บริษัท ABC ใช้อยู่ในปัจจุบันเพื่อเป็นอีกหนึ่งทางเลือกใหม่ของบริษัท ABC ในการนำเข้าเครื่องสำอางจากศูนย์กระจายสินค้าบริษัทที่ประเทศสิงคโปร์โดยใช้ระบบ สารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ ผ่านโปรแกรม ArcGIS Pro 2.6.1 และการวิเคราะห์โครงข่าย (Network Analysis) เป็นเครื่องมือหลักในการทำวิจัยควบคู่กับเส้นทางสิงคโปร์ - มาเลเซีย – ด่านสะเดา จังหวัดสงขลาจาก Google Map ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการขนส่งทางบกมีระยะเวลาการนำเข้าเครื่องสำอางสั้นกว่าทางเรือ 6 วัน และมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนส่งที่ใกล้เคียงกับต้นทุนที่บริษัท ABC เสียอยู่ในปัจจุบัน	en_US
dc.description.abstractalternative	The impact of Covid-19 on global shipping-container crisis has delayed all shipping related procedures and higher freight rates. This affects the delay in the delivery of goods and increases the cost of transportation of ABC company. Therefore, the company requires to proactively explore other transportation mode and interested in land transportation because it is short lead time, and the schedule of truck cross border is more flexible’s schedule than vessel schedule via sea mode that company using for importing cosmetics from distribution center in Singapore recently. This research aims to analysis land transportation for importing cosmetic products from distribution center in Singapore to Thailand via Sa-Dao customs station by using geographic information systems (GIS) based on network analysis and comparing transportation cost and lead time between land and sea transportation’s mode. The proposed route from Sa-Dao customs station to ABC’s distribution center in Samut Prakarn province were analyzed by GIS, while route of Singapore – Malaysia – Sa-Dao, Songkhla province will obtained from the Google Map. The result show that the saving lead time of import shipment by truck is 6 days shorter than ocean mode with competitive cost compared to current transportation cost of ABC company.	en_US
