dc.description.abstractalternative	The article describes the writer’s personal experience in the process of collecting folklore data particularly in the fields of “Nangtalung”, shadow play of the South and folk songs of the Central region. The writer discusses the problems and obstacles of the process, covering the role of the government in supporting resource persons with cultural intellectuality. The final part touches the academic services of “Sungkeetsilp Center” of Bangkok Bank and the writer’s wishes. Pictures are included.	en
