Several topics were discussed concerning (1) problems encountered by instructors wishing to upgrade their teaching efficiency, (2) the development of ETV at Chulalongkorn University, (3) the aims of ETU: (4) targets for the services; (5) the divisions of ETU; (6) the Management of ETU; (7) personnel requirements; and (8) expected changes at ETU in the future.	en
