dc.description.abstract	การศึกษาวิจัยเกี่ยวกับความเป็นไปได้เชิงธุรกิจในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันสำหรับผู้ที่มีอาการภูมิแพ้อาหารเน้นการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงและเพิ่มความสะดวกสบายในการใช้งานและเข้าถึงข้อมูลสำหรับผู้ที่มีภาวะภูมิแพ้อาหาร เป็นผลมาจากการศึกษาปฐมภูมิโดยใช้แบบสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์แบบลึกซึ้ง (In-Depth Interview) และการค้นหาโดยใช้เครื่องมือค้นหา พบว่าผู้ที่มีอาการภูมิแพ้อาหารมีความรู้สึกไม่สบายหรือกังวลใจในการรับประทานอาหาร จึงพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันที่ตรวจจับอาหารที่แพ้และสร้างรายงานการแพ้อาหาร และมีฟังก์ชันขอความช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉิน ในการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันมีการสอบถามผู้มีอาการภูมิแพ้อาหารเพื่อระบุความต้องการและสร้างฐานข้อมูลที่จำเป็น โดยแบ่งฐานข้อมูลเป็นตารางแยกย่อยตามหลักการ Design Thinking เพื่อให้ตอบโจทย์ผู้ใช้งานได้ดีที่สุด นอกจากนี้ยังมีการสร้างต้นแบบแอปพลิเคชันที่ผู้ใช้ทดลองใช้และประเมินผลโดยใช้หลักการ Net Promoter Score (NPS) พบว่าผู้ทดสอบมีการสนับสนุนแอปพลิเคชันมากกว่าผู้ทดสอบที่ไม่สนับสนุนคิดเป็น 66.67% ในการนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์และการเงิน การนำแอปพลิเคชันไปใช้มีความเป็นไปได้สูง และการวิเคราะห์เทคโนโลยีและตลาดพบว่าเทคโนโลยีการรู้จำรูปภาพ (Food Image Recognition) ในการตรวจจับอาหารมีแนวโน้มสูง และทางการเงินมีการประเมินโดยใช้ Net Present Value (NPV) Internal Rate of Return (IRR) Modified Internal Rate of Return (MIRR) และ Payback Period ซึ่งจะเห็นได้ว่า NPV IRR และ MIRR มีค่าเท่ากับ 3,971,536.03 บาท 76.87% 40.77% และใช้เวลา 1 ปี 4 เดือน 9 วัน เพื่อใช้เพื่อคืนต้นทุนตามลำดับ ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าแอปพลิเคชันนี้มีความน่าสนใจในการลงทุนโดยมีรูปแบบการนำไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์เป็น Spin-Offs/Spin-Outs
dc.description.abstractalternative	Feasibility study of application development for people with food allergies is conducted to reduce risk for people with food allergies. In requirement gathering and analysis, the primary data was collected through surveys and in-depth interviews, while secondary data was gathered from search engines. The study found that individuals with food allergies often experience discomfort and anxiety when eating. To address this issue, an application was developed to detect food allergies, generate reports, and provide emergency assistance. The application was designed based on user needs, with a structured database created using Design Thinking principles. A prototype of the application was evaluated using the Net Promoter Score methodology, with a margin of 66.67%. The study also assessed the commercialization and financial aspects of the application. Technological and market analysis revealed a growing trend in the use of Food Image Recognition technology for food detection. Financial evaluations, including Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Modified Internal Rate of Return, and Payback Period, indicated values of 3,971,536.03 Thai Baht, 76.87%, 40.77%, and a payback period of 1 year, 4 months, and 9 days to return the cost respectively. These results demonstrate the promising investment potential and commercial applicability of the application, making it suitable for spin-offs/spin-outs.
