dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาดัชนีชี้วัดการบริหารจัดการของโรงงาน ผลิตและนำเข้าชุดฝึกระบบอัตโนมัติเพื่อการศึกษา โดยมีวิธีการศึกษา เริ่มจาก การศึกษาสภาพการบริหารจัดการและการดำเนินงานขององค์กรตัวอย่างในปัจจุบัน โดยศึกษาสภาพปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการบริหารจัดการขององค์กรตัวอย่าง จากนั้นจึงศึกษาถึงทฤษฎีที่เกี่ยวข้องและเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ทำการจัดหมวดหมู่เพื่อการค้นหาสาเหตุและรากแท้ของปัญหา จากนั้นจึงเริ่มกระบวนการในการพัฒนาดัชนีชี้วัดการบริหารจัดการ โดยเริ่มจากการชี้แจงให้ผู้บริหารได้ทราบถึงความสำคัญและประโยชน์ที่จะได้ รับ จัดการประชุมเพื่ออธิบายถึงวัตถุประสงค์ของการพัฒนาดัชนีชี้วัดการบริหาร จัดการให้พนักงานได้ทราบ ระดมความคิดจากผู้บริหาร ผู้วิจัย และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องจากส่วนต่างๆเพื่อรวบรวมดัชนีชี้วัดการบริหารจัดการที่ ได้จากแหล่งต่างๆ เช่น จากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง จากการประชุมระดมความคิดของพนักงานในแต่ละแผนก จากโรงงานทั่วไป จาก WebSite และแหล่งอื่นๆ และทำการคัดเลือกและกำหนดดัชนีชี้วัดการบริหารจัดการร่วมกันทั่วทั้งองค์กร เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา และทำให้เกิดความร่วมมือร่วมใจในการพัฒนาดัชนีชี้วัดการบริหารจัดการร่วมกัน ทำการกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ในการดำเนินงานของแต่ละส่วนงาน แล้วทำการตรวจสอบดัชนีชี้วัดที่ได้จากการสรุปว่ามีประเด็นในการวัดผลตรงกับ วัตถุประสงค์ของการดำเนินงานหรือไม่ ทำการกำหนดค่าเป้าหมายในการดำเนินงานของแต่ละส่วนงาน แล้วจึงนำดัชนีชี้วัดการบริหารจัดการที่ได้จากการระดมความคิดมาใช้ในการตรวจ วัดผลการดำเนินการและการบริหารจัดการขององค์กรตัวอย่าง สรุปผลที่ได้จากการตรวจวัดเปรียบเทียบกับค่าเป้าหมายขององค์กร ศึกษาและนำเสนอแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น เพื่อเป็นเครื่องช่วยประกอบการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารในการกำหนดแนวทางการ แก้ไขปัญหาที่เหมาะสม	en
dc.description.abstractalternative	The main objective of this research is used for develop key performance indicator of management of an automation training set factory. The way to study from studying management and current work procedure, problems which occur from current management. Then study the theory and researches which involved to organized problems. Find the root cause of problems by the way of processes classification. Start to develop key performance management indicator procedure by explain the important points and benefits from this mission to management section. Explain the aim of develop key performance management to employees. Brainstorming for combine and evaluate the key performance indicators from any resources as : each departments conference, involving theory and researches, website and others so that identify the conclusion of potential key performance management indicator of the organization. Define objectives of each departments or sections. Inspect whether the indicators are compatible with the work objectives. Identify the indicators target value. Examine the work performance which results from management conforms to the indicators. Evaluate and concluding the result or comparing between target and real value. After that, Study and prefer the way to improve of modify the problems which may useful for define the way to solve the problems of management decisions.	en
