| Abstract: | ศึกษา (1) ความต้องการการเรียนรู้ เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา ในการปฏิบัติงานด้านสุขภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขระดับตำบล (2) พัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา ในการปฏิบัติงานด้านสุขภาพของเจ้าหน้าทีสาธารณะสุขระดับตำบล ด้วยแนวคิดการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์และการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปัญหาเป็นหลัก และ (3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนที่ได้พัฒนานั้นไปใช้ ประชากรในการศึกษาครั้งนี้คือ เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขระดับตำบลที่ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ใน 9 จังหวัดภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ขั้นตอนการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 4 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนแรกเป็นการศึกษาความต้องการการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขระดับตำบลจำนวน 107 คน ขั้นตอนที่สอง พัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลพื้นฐานและความต้องการการเรียนรู้ที่ได้ในขั้นตอนที่หนึ่ง ขั้นตอนที่สาม ทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนกับเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขระดับตำบลจำนวน 40 คน เป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 20 คนและกลุ่มควบคุม 20 คน กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการฝึกอบรมตามโปรแกรมที่ผู้วิจัยได้พัฒนาขึ้น ขั้นตอนที่สี่ ศึกษาปัจจัย ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะ ด้วยการอภิปรายกลุ่มของเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขระดับตำบลกลุ่มทดลอง และสัมภาษณ์ผู้สอนประจำกลุ่ม ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาข้อมูลความต้องการการเรียนรู้พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความต้องการการเรียนรู้ (1) เนื้อหาความรู้ที่ต้องการได้รับในเรื่องการส่งเสริมสุขภาพแบบไทยสปา และเรื่องการควบคุมป้องกันโรคไข้หวัดนกในคน ทุกหัวข้ออยู่ในระดับมาก และ (2) ทักษะที่จะได้รับจากการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบในเรื่อง การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ และทักษะแก้ปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงานด้านสุขภาพทุกองค์ประกอบอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การพัฒนาโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน เพื่อส่งเสริมการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและทักษะการแก้ปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงานด้านสุขภาพ มีองค์ประกอบของโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย 1. วัตถุประสงค์ 2. กลุ่มผู้เรียน 3. ผู้สอนประจำกลุ่ม 4. เนื้อหาสาระ 5. กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 6. แหล่งความรู้และสื่อการเรียนรู้ 7. การวัดและประเมินผล และ 8. สภาพแวดล้อม 3. ผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียน มีดังนี้ (1) เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขระดับตำบลในกลุ่มทดลอง มีการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2) เจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุขระดับตำบลในกลุ่มทดลอง มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงานด้านสุขภาพหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องของการนำโปรแกรมการศึกษานอกระบบโรงเรียนที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้นไปใช้ ได้แก่ กลุ่มผู้เรียน ผู้สอนประจำกลุ่ม กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ แหล่งความรู้และสื่อการเรียนรู้ และสภาพแวดล้อม |
| Other Abstract: | To (1) study learning needs for promoting critical thinking and problem-solving skills in health work performance on the tambol public health personnel (2) develop a non-formal education program to enhance the tambol public health personnel's critical thinking and problem-solving skills in health work performance using the experiential learning and problem-base learning as a principle and (3) study the relevant factors for the development of non-formal education program to be used. The research was divided into four steps. (1) to begins with the study of the learners' needs through the interview method. The data was collected from 107 the tambol public health personnel personnel. (2) development a non-formal education program relevant to the database and the needs of the learners that idenified in the first step. (3) the experiment of using the program of a non-formal education with the forty tambol public health personnel; the experimental group involves 20 and the control group involves the other 20. The experimental group is to be trained based on the researcher's developed programs. (4) to study the factors, the problems and the suggestions with a group discussion of the experimental group and the interviews with the facilitator of the group. The results of the research 1. Based on the data results of the learner needs, it showed tat the sample groups want to have (1) the knowledge contents of health promotion about Thai Spa and Bird Flu protection and prevention among people at a high level and (2) the expected skills receiving from the participation in the non-formal education on critical thinking and problem-solving of health operation on every aspect at a high level. 2. The non-formal education program occurred in order to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills in health work performance with the compoment as 1. objectives 2. Group of learners 3. facilitator for each group 4. content 5. learning activities 6. learning resource and learning material 7. assessment and evaluation and 8. environment. 3. The experiment results of the non-formal education program were (1) The tambol public health personnel in the experimental group can think more critically than the controlled group significance at the level of 0.05 (2) The tambol public health personnel in the experimental group can solve problems when working on health with a higher score than the controlled group significant at the level of 0.05. 4. Factors that concerned the development and usage of the non-formal education were group of learners, facilitator for each group, learning activities, learning resource and learning material, environment. |
