| dc.description.abstract | พัฒนาดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลักของฝ่ายโรงงาน ในโรงงานผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติก โดยให้มีความสอดคล้องกับนโยบายการบริหารงาน และครอบคลุมมุมมองที่เกี่ยวข้อง กับการดำเนินงานตามวิธีการประเมินองค์กรแบบดุลยภาพ (Balanced Scorecard) พร้อมทั้งปรับปรุงระบบเอกสารเพื่อใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล และติดตามผลดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลัก การพัฒนาดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลักทั้งในระดับฝ่ายและระดับแผนก จะพัฒนาภายใต้มุมมองของการประเมินองค์กรแบบดุลยภาพ 4 มุมมองคือ มุมมองด้านการเงิน มุมมองด้านลูกค้า มุมมองด้านกระบวนการภายใน และมุมมองด้านการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนา โดยแนวทางพัฒนาเริ่มจาก การรวบรวมและเชื่อมโยงปัจจัยสู่ความสำเร็จ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในแต่ละมุมมอง โดยใช้ผังกลุ่มความคิดและผังความสัมพันธ์ จากนั้นกำหนดและคัดเลือกดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลักระดับฝ่ายและระดับแผนก ซึ่งดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลักระดับแผนกนั้นจะพัฒนาภายใต้กรอบของ ดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลักระดับฝ่าย แล้วจัดทำรายละเอียดดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลักที่ได้คัดเลือกมา กำหนดค่าเป้าหมายของดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลัก ในมุมมองด้านกระบวนการภายใน จัดทำแบบฟอร์มสำหรับใช้ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล และรายงานผลดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลัก และประเมินความเหมาะสมของดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลัก ที่พัฒนาขึ้นในด้านความสอดคล้องกับนโยบายและวัตถุประสงค์ การพัฒนาบุคลากร เป็นต้น โดยเปรียบเทียบก่อนและหลังการพัฒนา โดยผู้บริหารของโรงงานกรณีศึกษา จากผลการประเมิน สรุปได้ว่า ดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลักที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีความเหมาะสมกับฝ่ายโรงงานมากกว่าดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลักเดิม โดยมีคะแนนความเหมาะสมเฉลี่ยเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 19.5 คะแนน เป็น 43.5 คะแนน (ในคะแนนเต็ม 50 คะแนน) และมีระดับคะแนนที่สูงกว่าในทุกเกณฑ์การประเมิน ซึ่งทางโรงงานกรณีศึกษาสามารถนำดัชนีวัดสมรรถนะหลัก ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมาใช้ในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน ทั้งในด้านการลดต้นทุนการผลิต การสร้างความพึงพอใจต่อลูกค้า การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการ การปรับปรุงคุณภาพสินค้า รวมถึงการพัฒนาบุคลากร | en |
| dc.description.abstractalternative | To develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the factory division in a plastic factory. Those KPIs are applied to conform with the management policy and cover all vital perspectives which based on the balanced scorecard principle ; and to improve document system for collecting, monitoring and evaluating KPIs. In order to develop KPIs in both department and division level, this research divided KPIs in four perspectives according to the balanced scorecard principle : financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The development started by applying affinity diagram and relation diagram to collect and connect critical success factors in each perspective. Then, KPIs of department and division level were determined and selected. The performance measure templates were established for each selected KPIs. The targets of internal process KPIs were set. The data forms were created to collect, analyze and report all KPIs. The developed KPIs were evaluated in criteria such as the conformation between management policy and objective, human resource development by factory management. The result demonstrates that the developed KPIs show an increase of average score from 19.5 points to 43.5 points (in total 50 points). Therefore, the developed KPIs are more appropriate for the factory. In conclusion, the factory can use these developed KPIs to reduce production cost, increase customer satisfaction, improve production efficiency, and develop employee skills. | en |
