| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานรายด้าน ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยกับผลผลิตของหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เขตภาคใต้ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขตภาคใต้ที่มีประสบการณ์การปฏิบัติงานตั้งแต่ 1 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 333 คน ใช้วิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานแบ่งเป็น 4 มิติ ได้แก่ การรวมกันเป็นหนึ่งเดียวของทีมการพยาบาล การสนับสนุนจากผู้นิเทศการพยาบาล การมีอิสระในการทำงาน และความกดดันจากการทำงาน 2) แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย 3) แบบสอบถามผลผลิตของหอผู้ป่วย ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .80, .90, .83, .70, .96 และ .94 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยผลผลิตของหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลชุมชนเขตภาคใต้อยู่ในระดับสูง ( = 3.93 ) 2. ด้านการรวมกันเป็นหนึ่งเดียวของทีมการพยาบาล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลผลิตของหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.40, p < .001) 3. ด้านการสนับสนุนจากผู้นิเทศการพยาบาลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลผลิตของหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.23, p < .001) 4. ด้านการมีอิสระในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลผลิตของหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.55, p < .001) 5. ด้านความกดดันจากการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับผลผลิตของหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = - 0.25, p < .001) 6. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงกลยุทธ์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับผลผลิตของหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.48, p < .001) |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were study the relationships between work environment, strategic leadership, and effectiveness of patient units, primary hospitals, southern area. The sample consisted of 333 staff nurses worked in patient units who had more than 1 years of experiences, selected by multistage random sampling technique. Research instruments were peer cohesion, supervisor support, autonomy, work pressure, strategic leadership of head nurses, and effectiveness of patient units questionnaires which were developed by the researcher, judged by the panel of experts, and Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of reliability were .80, .90, .83, .70, .96 and .94 respectively. Statistical technique used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation. The major findings were as follows : 1. Mean score of effectiveness of patient units, primary hospitals, southern area was at the high level ( = 3.93). 2. Peer cohesion and effectiveness of patient units was significantly correlated (r = 0.40, p < .001). 3. Supervisor support and effectiveness of patient units was significantly correlated (r = 0.23, p < .001). 4. Autonomy and effectiveness of patient units was significantly correlated (r = 0.55, p < .001). 5. Work pressure and effectiveness of patient units was significantly correlated (r = - 0.25, p < .001). 6. Strategic leadership of head nurses and effectiveness of patient units was significantly correlated (r= 0.48, p < .001). |
