| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาแบบบรรยายเชิงความสัมพันธ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับอาการ การปฏิบัติที่สัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมทางศาสนา แรงสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว พฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัว และคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะสุดท้าย โดยใช้กรอบแนวคิดการจัดการอาการของ Dodd et al. (2001) กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะสุดท้าย จำนวน 120 คน ซึ่งได้จากการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดและใช้วิธีการสุ่มอย่างมีระบบ จากผู้ที่มารับการรักษาที่แผนกผู้ป่วยในและผู้ป่วยนอก ศูนย์มหาวชิราลงกรณ์ จังหวัดปทุมธานี และอโรคยศาล วัดคำประมง จังหวัดสกลนคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินประสบการณ์มีอาการ แบบประเมินการปฏิบัติที่สัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมทางศาสนา แบบประเมินแรงสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการดูแลโดยผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวแบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิต และแบบประเมินความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณ ซึ่งได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และมีค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินประสบการณ์มีอาการ แบบประเมินแรงสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการดูแลโดยผู้ดูแลในครอบครัว แบบประเมินคุณภาพชีวิตจากการคำนวณสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคได้เท่ากับ .89, .90, .93 และ .87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะสุดท้าย อยู่ในระดับสูง (X mean =3.09, SD =0.44) 2. แรงสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว การปฏิบัติที่สัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมทางศาสนา พฤติกรรมการดูแล ของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลาง ต่ำ และต่ำกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะสุดท้าย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = 0.48, 0.38 และ 0.23 ตามลำดับ, p<.05) และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับอาการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับสูงกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งระยะสุดท้าย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = -0.64, p<.05) |
| Other Abstract: | To examine the relationships between symptom experiences, practice related to religious activities, family support, family caregiver's caring behavior and quality of life of terminal cancer patients. One hundred and twenty terminal cancer patients and their family caregiver were selected from two settings: The Cancer Center of Mahavachilalongkorn, Tanyaburi Pathumthani Province, and Arokhayasala Wat Khampramong, Sakon Nakhon Province. Data were collected by using eight instruments: Demographic Data Recording Form, Quality of Life Questionnaire, Spiritual Well Being Scale, Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale, Practice Related to Religious Activities Questionnaire, Family Support Questionnaire, Family Caregiver's Caring Behavior Questionnaire. And Memorial Symptom Assessment Scale, Family Support Questionnaire, Family Caregiver's Caring Behavior Questionnaire and the Quality of Life Questionnaire were tested for content validity and reliability. Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the scales were .89, .90, .93 and .87, respectively. Statistics techniques use for data analysis was Descriptive statistics, Pearson's Product moment coefficient. Major finding of this study were as follows: 1. Quality of Life of terminal cancer patients was at the high level (X mean =3.09, SD=0.44). 2. Family support, practice related to religious activities and family caregiver's caring behavior were significantly positive related to quality of life of terminal cancer patients at the moderate, low and low level (r=0.48, 0.38 and 0.23, respectively; p < .05). And symptom experiences was significantly negative related to quality of life of terminal cancer patients at the high level (r = -0.64; p < .05) |
