ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสบการณ์ในการประกอบอาชีพ สถานภาพส่วนตัว และประสบการณ์การเพิ่มความรู้ในวิชาชีพ กับสมรรถนะพื้นฐานทางวิชาชีพครู ของครูมัธยมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือที่ไม่มีวุฒิทางครู

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสบการณ์ในการประกอบอาชีพ สถานภาพส่วนตัว และประสบการณ์ในการเพิ่มความรู้ในวิชาชีพ กับสมรรถนะพื้นฐานทางวิชาชีพครูใน 3 รายวิชา คือ พื้นฐานการศึกษา หลักการสอนและการเตรียมประสบการณ์ภาคปฏิบัติ และการวัดผลและประเมินผลการศึกษา ของครูที่ไม่มีวุฒิทางครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 300 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีสุมตัวอย่าง รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามประสบการณ์ในการประกอบวิชาชีพและเพิ่มความรู้ในวิชาชีพ และแบบสอบ 3 ฉบับ คือ แบบสอบรายวิชาพื้นฐานการศึกษา แบบสอบหลักการสอนและการเตรียมประสบการณ์ภาคปฏิบัติ และแบบสอบรายวิชาการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา วิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยโดยการ วิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ (Multiple Correlation) และสร้างสมการพยากรณ์สมรรถนะพื้นฐานทางวิชาชีพแต่ละรายวิชา ด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression) โดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Regression ของ SPSS ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ตัวพยากรณ์ทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม คือ สถานภาพส่วนตัว ประสบการณ์การประกอบวิชาชีพ และประสบการณ์การเพิ่มความรู้ในวิชาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะพื้นฐานทางวิชาชีพครูทุกรายวิชา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีค่าสหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณอยู่ระหว่าง .534 ถึง .551 กลุ่มสถานภาพส่วนตัวเป็นกลุ่มตัวพยากรณ์ที่มีนัยสำคัญสามารถพยากรณ์สมรรถนะพื้นฐานทางวิชาชีพครูได้มากกว่ากลุ่มพยากรณ์อื่นๆ 2. สมรรถนะพื้นฐานรายวิชาพื้นฐานการศึกษา สามารถพยากรณ์ได้ด้วยตัวพยากรณ์ 7 ตัว คือ เพศ วุฒิปว.ช. วุฒิปว.ส. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ประเภทโรงเรียนที่ครูสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษา, ประเภทจังหวัดที่ทำการสอน การเข้ารับการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช โดยมีค่าสัดส่วนความแปรปรวนที่พยากรณ์ได้ 0.131 (R = 0.361) และได้สมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ Ź1 = 0.087z1 + 0.246z3 + 0.805z4 +0.832z5 + 0.139z22 + 0.156z52 + 0.263z54 3. สมรรถนะพื้นฐานรายวิชาหลักการสอนและการเตรียมประสบการณ์ภาคปฏิบัติ สามารถพยากรณ์ได้ด้วยตัวพยากรณ์ 4 ตัว คือ สอนศิลปกรรม ประเภทจังหวัดที่ทำการสอน การเข้ารับการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช การอ่านตำรารายวิชาพื้นฐานการศึกษาจบมากกว่า 1 เล่ม โดยมีค่าสัดส่วนความแปรปรวนที่พยากรณ์ได้ 0.081 (R = 0.283) และได้สมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ Ź2 = -0.166z36 + 0.139z52 + 0.207z54 – 0.040z64 4. สมรรถนะพื้นฐานรายวิชาการวัดผลและประเมินผลการศึกษา สามารถพยากรณ์ได้ด้วยตัวพยากรณ์ 6 ตัว คือ เพศ ประกอบอาชีพรองนอกเหนือวิชาชีพครู จำนวนปีที่ประกอบอาชีพรอง สอนวิชาคณิตศาสตร์ เข้ารับการศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช และการอ่านตำรารายวิชาการวัดผลและประเมินผลการศึกษาจบมากกว่า 1 เล่ม โดยมีค่าสัดส่วนความแปรปรวนที่พยากรณ์ได้ 0.118 (R = 0.343) และได้สมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้ Ź3 = 0.145z1 - 0.317z1 4 + 0.189z1 5 + 0.165z29 + 0.091z54 + 0.109z65

The study was designed to investigate the relationship between Teaching Experience, Personal Status, Academic Experience and Teachers’ Competencies in Foundation of Education, Teaching Method and Measurement & Evaluation. The sample consisted of 300 North-Eastern region secondary school teachers without Teaching Certificate. The data were collected one questionnaire and three tests. The multiple correlation model was used to analyze the relationship between these variables and the multiple regression equations for prediction Teachers’ Competencies in each field were also analyzed and presented. The results were as following: 1. There groups of the predictor variables, Teaching Experience, Personal Status, and Academic Experience were linearly related with every teachers’ competencies statistically significance at the .05 level. The multiple correlation between 66 predictors variables and the competencies in Foundation Education, Teaching Method, Measurement & Evaluation were 0.534, 0.543 and 0.551 respectively. 2. The competencies in Foundation of Education were correlated significantly with 7 predictors: sex, lower certificate of vocational education, higher certificate of vocational education, secondary schools from which the teacher graduated, bachelor degree (not in educational field), the location of the province where they teach (which had the higher educational institution), and taking courses in an opened university. The analysis shew that the multiple correlation (R) was 0.361 and the regression equation could be stated as: Ź1 = 0.087z1 + 0.246z3 + 0.805z4 +0.832z5 + 0.139z22 + 0.156z52 + 0.263z54 3. The competencies in Teaching Method were correlated significantly with 4 predictors: teaching Fine Art, the location of the province where they teach (which had the higher educational institution), taking course in an opened university and reading more than one Foundation of Education Text books. The analysis shew that the multiple correlation (R) was 0.285 and the regression equation could be stated as: Ź2 = -0.166z36 + 0.139z52 + 0.207z54 – 0.040z64 4. The competencies in Measurement & Evaluation were correlated significantly with 6 predictors: sex, taking another occupation, number of years in taking another occupation, teaching Mathematics, taking courses in an opened university, and reading more than one Measurement & Evaluation Text books. The analysis shew that the multiple correlation (R) was 0.343 and the regression equation could be stated as: Ź3 = 0.145z1 - 0.317z1 4 + 0.189z1 5 + 0.165z29 + 0.091z54 + 0.109z65
