| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์สำคัญ 4 ประการคือ 1. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะทางประชากรกับการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานครของผู้ใช้สิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้ง 2. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้สมัครเป็นผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานครกับการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานครของผู้ใช้สิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้ง 3. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเหตุผลในการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้สมัคราเป็นผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานครกับการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพของผู้ใช้สิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้ง 4. เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงการตัดสินใจของผู้ใช้สิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้งกับการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยครั้งนี้กระทำกับผู้ใช้สิทธิเลือกตั้งจำนวน 1140 คน ทันทีที่ผู้ใช้สิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้งออกจากคูหาเลือกตั้ง (Exit Poll) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถาม ใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS for Windows ประมวลผลข้อมูล ใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ และไคแสควร์ (chi-square) ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้ใช้สิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้งที่ต่างเพศกัน มีอายุต่างกัน และมีการศึกษาต่างกันเลือกผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานครไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลมากที่สุดต่อการตัดสินใจของผู้ใช้สิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้งมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยปัจจัยที่ถูกอ้างถึงมากที่สุด คือ ความคิดของผู้ใช้สิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้งเอง 3. เหตุผลที่ผู้ใช้สิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้งใช้ในการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้สมัครเลือกตั้งเป็นผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคามีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร เหตุผลดังกล่าวได้แก่ 1) ความชื่นชมในตัวผู้สมัคร 2) ไม่ใช่ความชอบนโยบายของผู้สมัคร 3) ไม่ใช่ความชอบพรรคของผู้สมัคร 4) ไม่ใช่ความสงสารผู้สมัครเพราะกลัวจะแพ้หรือได้คะแนนเสียงน้อย 4. การไม่เปลี่ยนแปลงการตัดสินใจของผู้ใช้สิทธิออกเสียงเลือกตั้งมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจเลือกผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร |
| Other Abstract: | The main purposes of this research were: 1. To study the correlation between the demographic characteristics of the voters and their votes for the governor. 2. To study the correlation between the most influential variables affecting voters' decisions and their votes for the governor. 3. To study the correlation between the reasons affecting voters'decisions and their votes for the governor. 4. To study the correlation between voters' unchangeable decisions and their votes for the governor. It was the exit poll which 1140 voters were the samples for the study. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. SPSS for Windows program was used for data processing. Frequency, percentage and chi-square were employed for the analysis of the data. The results of the study were as follows: 1.Voters different in sex, age and education voted for the governor indifferently. 2. The most influential variables affecting voters's decisions correlated with their votes for the governor. The most frequency mentioned variable was the voters' own thoughts. 3. The reasons affecting voters' decisions correlated with their votes for the governor. These reasons were: 1) the favor in the certain candidate 2) not the favor in the candidate's policy 3) not the favor in the candidate's political party 4) not the pity on the candidate lest the candidate might lose or get the small amount of votes. 4. The voters' unchangeable decisions correlated with their votes for the governor. |
