| Abstract: | การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถของผู้ดูแล ในการดูแลเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคัดสรรด้าน อายุของผู้ดูแล ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การเลี้ยงดูเด็ก การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และสัมพันธภาพแบบสนิทสนมระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับเด็ก และเพื่อหาตัวแปรที่สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ ความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ดูแลเด็ก วัยก่อนเรียนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี จำนวน 101 คน ที่พาเด็กมารับการรักษาแบบผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลบำราศนราดูร เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี แบบสัมภาษณ์การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบสัมภาษณ์สัมพันธภาพแบบสนิทสนมระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับเด็ก แบบประเมินทั้งสามชุดได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาและ ความเที่ยงแล้ว สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค .93, .84, .95 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. สัมพันธภาพแบบสนิทสนมระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับเด็ก และระดับการศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับ ความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .68, .52 ตามลำดับ) 3. ตัวแปรที่มีความสำคัญในการร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี คือ สัมพันธภาพแบบสนิทสนมระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับเด็ก ระดับการศึกษา และอายุของผู้ดูแล ซึ่งร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความสามารถของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่ติดเชื้อเอชไอวี ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติระดับ .05 ได้ร้อยละ 57.7 (R2= .577) โดยสมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานคือ Zy = .470*Z สัมพันธภาพแบบสนิทสนมระหว่างผู้ดูแลกับเด็ก + .444*Z ระดับการศึกษา + .242*Z อายุผู้ดูแล |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to examine caregivers' ability to take care of preschool children with HIV positive, to determine relationships between selected factors and the caregivers' ability and to identify predictors of the caregivers' ability. Subjects were 101 caregivers of HIV positive preschool outpatients in Bumrasnaradura Hospital. Data were collected by using 3 instruments: caregivers' ability interview, social support interview, and intimate relationship interview. Their content validity and internal consistency were established Cronbach's Alpha were .93, .84, and .95, respectively. Statistical techniques used in data analysis were percent, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Major findings were as follows: 1. Caregivers' ability to take care of preschool children with HIV positive were at a medium level. 2. Intimate relationship and education were positively correlated with the caregivers' ability to take care of preschool children with HIV positive at .05 significant level. (r = .68, .52, respectively) 3. Factors that could predict the caregivers' ability at the level of .05 were intimate relationship, education and caregivers' age. These predictors accounted for 57.7 percent ( R2= .577 ) of the variance. The function derived from the analysis was: Zy = .470 Z intimacy relationships + .444 Z education + .242 Z mother's age. |
