| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการทำงาน บรรยากาศเชิงสร้างสรรค์ การแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการ และภาวะผู้นำสร้างสรรค์ของ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยที่ปฏิบัติงานใน โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 231 คน เลือกโดยวิธีสุ่มแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยการทำงาน ประกอบด้วยการได้รับการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มเติม และระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน บรรยากาศเชิงสร้างสรรค์ การแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการ และภาวะผู้นำสร้างสรรค์ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาและความเที่ยงแล้ว มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .95, .93 และ .95 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ระดับบรรยากาศเชิงสร้างสรรค์ การแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการ และภาวะผู้นำสร้างสรรค์ตามการรับรู้ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานคร ต่างก็อยู่ในระดับสูง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.80, 3.92 และ 4.31 ตามลำดับ 2. การได้รับการฝึกอบรมเพิ่มเติมไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะผู้นำสร้างสรรค์ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย แต่ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับภาวะผู้นำสร้างสรรค์ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r=-.115) 3. บรรยากาศเชิงสร้างสรรค์ การแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับภาวะผู้นำสร้างสรรค์ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r=.387, .503 ตามลำดับ) ผลการศึกษานี้ ชี้ให้เห็นว่า การพัฒนาให้เกิดบรรยากาศเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และเพิ่มคุณภาพการแลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยกับพยาบาลประจำการ สามารถเพิ่มภาวะผู้นำสร้างสรรค์ของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย โรงพยาบาลรัฐ กรุงเทพมหานครได้ |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of this research were to study the levels and analyze relationships between creative climate, head nurse - staff nurse exchange (LMX) and creative leadership of head nurses, governmental hospitals located in Bangkok Metropolis. Study sample consisted of 231 head nurses selected by stratified random sampling. Research instruments were working factors consisting of academic training and work experience, creative climate, LMX and creative leadership questionnaires tested content validity and reliability with the alpha of .95, .93, and .95 respectively. Mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient were used to analyze study data. The major findings were as follows: 1. There were a high level of creative climate, head nurse - staff nurse exchange, and creative leadership of head nurses, with mean of 3.80, 3.92 and 4.31 respectively. 2. Academic training was not related to creative leadership whereas work experience was negaitively and significantly related to creative leadership of head nurses at the .05 level. (r = -.115). 3. Creative climate and head nurse - staff nurse exchange were positively and significantly related to creative leadership of head nurses at the .05 level. (r = .387 and .503 respectively). Findings indicated that developing good creative climate and increasing good quality of head nurse - staff nurse exchange can improve creative leadership of head nurses, governmental hospitals in Bangkok Metropolis. |
