| Abstract: | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสุขภาวะของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง เพศ ระดับการศึกษา ความเพียงพอของรายได้ เครือข่ายช่วยเหลือทางสังคม การใช้แอลกอฮอล์ การใช้ยาบ้า การใช้บุหรี่ การรับรู้บริการสุขภาพ ความเชื่ออำนาจภายในตนด้นสุขภาพ ความเชื่ออำนาจผู้อื่นด้านสุขภาพ และความเชื่ออำนาจความบังเอิญด้านสุขภาพ กับสุขภาวะของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มารับบริการแผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลสวนปรุง โรงพยาบาลศรีธัญญา โรงพยาบาลพระศรีมหาโพธิ์ และโรงพยาบาลสวนสราญรมย์ จำนวน 170 คน ที่ได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ความเพียงพอของรายได้ แบบสัมภาษณ์เครือข่ายช่วยเหลือทางสังคม แบบสัมภาษณ์การใช้สารเสพติดแบบสัมภาษณ์เกี่ยวกับการรับรู้บริการสุขภาพ แบบวัดความเชื่ออำนาจด้านสุขภาพ และแบบวัดสุขภาวะ ซึ่งได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรง เชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิและค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญมีดังนี้ 1. ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนมีสุขภาวะรายด้าน และโดยรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับดี 2. ความเพียงพอของรายได้ เครือข่ายช่วยเหลือทางสังคม การรับรู้บริการสุขภาพ ความเชื่ออำนาจภายในตนด้านสุขภาพ และความเชื่ออำนาจผู้อื่นด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับสุขภาวะของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .31, .23, .20, .21, .26 ตามลำดับ) 3. เพศ ระดับการศึกษา การใช้แอลกอฮอล์ การใช้บุหรี่ ความเชื่ออำนาจความบังเอิญด้านสุขภาพ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสุขภาวะของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในชุมชน |
| Other Abstract: | The purposes of the study were to identify the level and health of schizophrenic patients in community, and to examine the relationships between gender, education level, adequacy of income, social network, use of alcohol-amphetamine and tobacco, perceived health service, internal health locus of control, influential others health locus of control, chance health locus of control of schizophrenic patients in community. Research subjects consisted of 170 of schizophrenic patients who were treated in out patient departments of mental health hospitals under the jurisdiction of Division of Mental Health, selected by multistage sampling technique. Research instruments were interviewing questionnaires, which were designed to measure adequacy of income, social network, use of addict substances, perceived health service, health belief scale, and health scale. These instruments were tested and trial for their content validity and reliability. Statistics which were used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standarddeviation, Pearson-product moment correlation and the multiple regression analysis. The major findings were as follows: 1. The level of health of schizophrenic patients in community was at the good level. 2. Adequacy of income, social network, perceived health service, internal health locus of control, and influential others health locus of control were positively and significantly related to health of schizophrenic patients in community, at .05 level. (r = .31, .23, .20, .21, .26 respectively). 3. Gender, education level, alcohol and tobacco used, and chance health locus of control were not significantly related to health of schizophrenic patients in community. |
