| Abstract: | จุดประสงค์ในการทำวิทยานิพนธ์นี้ เพื่อสร้างโปรแกรมที่ใช้ในการจัดการข้อมูล ได้แก่ การกำหดนลักษณะของแฟ้มข้อมูล การบันทึกข้อมูล การทำข้อมูลให้ทันสมัย การพิมพ์ข้อมูลและโครงสร้าง ตลอดจนการจัดโครงสร้างของข้อมูลใหม่ ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ จะถูกจัดเก็บอยู่ในจานบันทึกข้อมูลซึ่งแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ส่วนคือ 1)ปทานุกรมข้อมูล ใช้บันทึกลักษณะของข้อมูล และโครงสร้างของแฟ้มข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่ผู้ใช้สร้างขึ้น 2)แฟ้มดัชนี ใช้บันทึกคีย์และตำแหน่งของระเบียบข้อมูล เพื่อใช้ในการค้นหาระเบียบข้อมูลนั้น ๆ 3)แฟ้มข้อมูล ใช้บันทึกข้อมูลจริงตามข้อกำหนดของปทานุกรมข้อมูล ในการทำงานของโปรแกรม ผู้ใช้ติดต่อสั่งการให้โปรแกรมจัดการข้อมูลทำงาน โดยผ่านทางคำสั่งซึ่งสร้างขึ้นมาโดยเฉพาะ ทำให้ผู้ใช้สามารถสร้างแฟ้มข้อมูล เปลี่ยนแปลงแก้ไขข้อมูลโดยไม่ต้องเขียนโปรแกรมเอง ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ทดสอบโปรแกรมภายใต้โปรแกรมควบคุมระบบ โอเอส/ วีเอส 1 ของเครื่อง ไอบีเอ็ม 3031 ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ที่สถาบันบริการคอมพิวเตอร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย |
| Other Abstract: | The objective of this thesis is to develop the program for data management including to define a characteristic of data file, to store data, to update data, to print data and structure, and to reorganize data. Data are stored in disk separated in three parts. 1)Data Dictionary : This area is provided for storing data’s characteristic and file structure which are created by users. 2)Index File : This area is provided for storing key and address of a record. The usefulness is for searching the data record in data file. 3)Data File : This area is provided for storing data which are well defined in data dictionary. Operating of a program, the user are required to direct Data management System through command which is developed for this system particularly. By this pattern of operation, the users can create data file, update without necessary to produce their own program. This program is run under OS/VS1 of IBM 3031 installed at computer service center, Chulalongkorn University. |
